BES主要刊登我國和其他國家在生物醫(yī)學和環(huán)境科學領域中的研究論文,內(nèi)容包括:衛(wèi)生學、病毒學、流行病學、寄生蟲病學、營養(yǎng)學、毒理學、藥理學、環(huán)境與健康、微生物學、化學、有害物質(zhì)(包括環(huán)境污染物、食品添加劑、農(nóng)藥、工業(yè)化學物質(zhì)等)對各種生物的作用和毒理研究以及這一領域中應用的藥理學、生物化學、病理學、免疫學和分析化學等方法的研究。另外,本刊還登有關天然污染物和合成污染物在生物圈中的分布和轉(zhuǎn)歸等方面的研究及其對人體健康影響的研究成果和實驗經(jīng)驗的研究,此外還報道公共衛(wèi)生方面的研究。
