Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics(《基因組蛋白質組與生物信息學報》,簡稱GPB)創(chuàng)刊于2003年,是由中國科學院主管、中科院北京基因組研究所與中國遺傳學會主辦的英文期刊,由科學出版社與Elsevier合作出版發(fā)行。刊載來自世界范圍內組學、生物信息學及相關領域的綜述、研究論文、工具、方法、實驗技術、研究展望、研究亮點、新聞觀點等高質量的稿件,以及具有專業(yè)特色的數據庫及網絡服務器等文章,尤其關注基于高通量測序技術的大數據的獲取、分析及整合存儲,突出刊物的前沿性、應用性和國際性。GPB現(xiàn)為金色開放獲?。∣pen Access)期刊,文章出版后可通過ScienceDirect 查看全文,立刻并永久自由獲??;讀者可依據知識共享協(xié)議許可(Creative Commons)對文章合理使用。GPB現(xiàn)為中國科學引文數據庫(CSCD)核心期刊,被美國醫(yī)學索引(PubMed/MEDLINE)、PubMed Central、美國生物科學數據庫(BP)、開放獲取期刊文獻檢索系統(tǒng)(DOAJ),化學文摘(CA)、Scopus、Elsevier書刊目錄庫(包括荷蘭《醫(yī)學文摘》)、SCIE、俄羅斯文摘雜志(AJ)、中國學術期刊文摘、中國期刊全文數據庫等國內外收錄系統(tǒng)收錄全文或摘要。GPB獲得中國科協(xié)等六部委共同實施的“中國科技期刊國際影響力提升計劃”(PIIJ)(2013—2018)資助;并多次入選由中國學術期刊(光盤版)電子雜志社等評選的“中國最具國際影響力學術期刊”名單(2013—2016)。GPB現(xiàn)為雙月刊,主編為于軍研究員。GPB面向國內外發(fā)行,2017年國內定價每期50元,全年300元(郵發(fā)代號:82-557);境外定價每期50美元,全年300美元。
