《數(shù)學(xué)理論與應(yīng)用》（季刊）創(chuàng)刊于1981年，是由中南大學(xué)主管、湖南省數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)主辦的數(shù)學(xué)理論與應(yīng)用性期刊。辦刊宗旨：發(fā)表數(shù)學(xué)研究成果，促進(jìn)學(xué)術(shù)交流。
