Exercise is a healthy habit. When daytime comes，you must get up. This is the time for exercise. Walking，running，jogging and playing games are all healthy forms of exercise. Any exercise is worthwhile（值得做的）. Exercise is important not only for the health in your body，but also for the health in your mind（心理）. If you do morning exercise every day，you will feel very happy and think more clearly. It also helps you sleep well all night. Another benefit（好處） of exercise is that it increases（增長） the average life（平均壽命） of a nation. If you continue to exercise late into adulthood（成人期），you will be healthy and strong and live longer.
Smoking is a bad habit. It is harmful to your health. Even if（即使） you smoke only a few cigarettes（香煙） a day，that will cause a lot of dangerous illnesses，such as lung cancer（肺癌），throat cancer（喉癌），heart disease（心臟病） and so on.
It is said that many Chinese smokers are students. They like to smoke only expensive（昂貴的） cigarettes. Much of their money is spent on smoking. Smoking will not only waste their money but also be harmful（有害的） to their health. Teachers should tell their students the danger of smoking and ask them to give it up.
