1. Once upon a time，there was a cat. The cat was able to change his color. He always changed his color to please others.

從前，有一只會變色的貓，他總是以改變自己顏色的方式來取悅別人。

2. Cat:Sir，you like black best. So I am black for you today! Do you like the birthday gift?

Fat Pig:Ha-ha! Thank you!

變色貓:先生，你最喜歡黑色，今天我就是為你變成黑色的。你喜歡這個生日禮物嗎?

胖豬:哈哈，謝謝!

3. Fox:I am red. Red is the most beautiful color.

Cat:Yes，sir. I am red，too. So we are best friends.

狐貍:我是紅色的，所以紅色是最美的顏色。

變色貓:一點兒沒錯，先生。我也是紅色的，所以我們是最好的朋友。

4. Eagle:The white clouds are the purest.

Cat:Look，sir. Am I not like a white cloud?

老鷹:白云是最純潔的。

變色貓:先生，快看!我不就像朵白云嗎?

5. Cat:Sir，what you like is what I like. Look，I have the same color as you.

Mouse:Yes! You are not my enemy. We are friends.

變色貓:先生，你喜歡的就是我喜歡的，看，我連顏色都跟你一樣。

老鼠:是啊!咱們可不是敵人，而是朋友。

6. Cat:Sir，your golden yellow is a noble color. I am so proud that I can change to your color.

Tiger:Ha-ha! You are my best cat.

變色貓:先生，您的金黃色是高貴的顏色。能變成您這樣的顏色我真是太榮幸了。

老虎:哈哈!你可是我最好的貓了。

7. One day，the pig，the fox，the eagle，the mouse and the tiger all came to see the cat.

這天，胖豬、狐貍、老鷹、老鼠和老虎一起來看變色貓。

8. The cat didnt know what color to change to. He was so afraid that he changed to green.

貓不知道該變成什么顏色好了，嚇得全身都變成了綠色。

9. But no one likes this green cat.

但是，大家都不喜歡這只綠貓了。
