New faces of old problem
On the one hand, with the implementation of a moder-ately tight monetary policy, the rapid growth of credit hasbeen checked. But the difficulty for SMEs to obtain creditfrom commercial banks has been increasingly large. TheSMEs in China have been troubled by the problem of financefor a long time. And the SMEs suffered much than the bigcompanies in the credit crunch, further deteriorating of theplight of SMEs.
