尊敬的劉寧副部長(zhǎng)，各位來(lái)賓，女士們、先生們：

大家上午好！

今天，我們相聚在美麗的夏都西寧，共同慶祝第五屆國(guó)際沙棘協(xié)會(huì)大會(huì)隆重開(kāi)幕！在此，我代表青海省委、省政府向蒞臨大會(huì)的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、專(zhuān)家學(xué)者以及企業(yè)界的朋友們表示熱烈的歡迎和衷心的感謝！

國(guó)際沙棘大會(huì)是國(guó)際沙棘界最高級(jí)別的會(huì)議，是沙棘行業(yè)的 “奧林匹克”盛會(huì)。今天，來(lái)自世界各國(guó)專(zhuān)門(mén)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者和企業(yè)家們匯聚在一起，相互交流學(xué)習(xí)，共享沙棘領(lǐng)域取得的新成果，必將進(jìn)一步加快沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)程，促進(jìn)國(guó)際間的交流與合作，推進(jìn)沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速健康發(fā)展。

青藏高原是世界沙棘的起源地，青海不僅是國(guó)內(nèi)沙棘資源分布最廣、面積最大的省份，而且獨(dú)特的高原氣候培育出獨(dú)有的肋果沙棘和西藏沙棘，成為沙棘中的瑰寶。近年來(lái)，在省委、省政府的大力支持下，在各企業(yè)的共同努力下，青海在沙棘種植、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展等方面取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。目前，全省有沙棘資源400多萬(wàn)畝，約占全國(guó)沙棘資源總量的10%；沙棘產(chǎn)品出口占全國(guó)沙棘產(chǎn)品出口總額的三分之二以上；沙棘產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、保健、食品等行業(yè)。與此同時(shí)，我們不斷加大對(duì)外交流合作的力度，積極參與國(guó)際沙棘產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的推廣，先后與德國(guó)、法國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大、巴西、俄羅斯等國(guó)建立了良好、廣泛的商業(yè)合作關(guān)系，有力地推動(dòng)了沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際化發(fā)展。

本屆大會(huì)的召開(kāi)，對(duì)我們進(jìn)一步展示大美青海形象、展示青海高原特色資源產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了良好的機(jī)遇，也為國(guó)內(nèi)外沙棘組織、企業(yè)和沙棘工作者提供了一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)交流、合作洽談的良好平臺(tái)。希望與會(huì)專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者及企業(yè)家們，在交流經(jīng)驗(yàn)、探討問(wèn)題、研究對(duì)策的同時(shí)，充分展示國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最新產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一，為推動(dòng)沙棘產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展做出新的更大貢獻(xiàn)！

Good morning！

Today，we gather together in Xining，the beautiful summer city，to celebrate the grand opening of the 5th ISA Conference.Hereon，on behalf of Qinghai Party Committee and the People’s Government，I would like to extend our warmest welcome and sincere appreciation to all the officials，experts and the friends from all over the world.

International Seabuckthorn Conference is the conference of international seabuckthorn circles at the highest level，and it is the Olympics of seabuckthorn industry.Today，experts，scholars and entrepreneurs，who are specialized in the research and development of seabuckthorn industry from all over the world，are gathering together to exchange and learn from each other，and to share the new achievements of seabuckthorn industry，and this certainly will speed up the research and development course of seabuckthorn industry，accelerate international exchange and cooperation，and promote the rapid and health development of seabuckthorn development.

Qinghai－Tibet Plateau is the origin of world seabuckthorn，Qinghai is not merely aprovince in China with most extensively distributed seabuckthorn resources and the largest areas of seabuckthorn resources，the unique plateau climate cultivated the unique subsp.neurocarpa and h.Thibetanna，which has become the gen of seabuckthorn.In the recent years，with the great support of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and People’s Government and the efforts from different enterprises，Qinghai has made great progress in seabuckthorn plantation and industrialization.At the time being，Qinghai Province has more than 270，000hm2of seabuckthorn resources，accounting for about 10 percent of the total national seabuckthorn resources，seabuckthorn products export occupies more than two thirds of the total national export of seabuckthorn products，and seabuckthorn products are broadly used in medicine，healthcare and food industries.At the same time，we continuously strengthen foreign exchange and cooperation，actively participate in the promotion of international seabuckthorn products market，establish close commercial cooperation relationship with Germany，F(xiàn)rance，the United States，Canada，Brazil，Russia and other countries，and powerfully promote the international development of seabuckthorn industry.

This conference provides a good opportunity for showing the beautiful image of Qinghai and displaying Qinghai Plateau characteristic resource industry，and also provides a good platform for academic exchanges and cooperation for seabuckthorn organizations，enterprises and seabuckthorn workers both domestic and abroad.I hope，when all of the experts，scholars and entrepreneurs are exchanging experiences，investigating problems and finding conclusions，you can fully demonstrate the latest seabuckthorn products and technology of world seabuckthorn industry development，make great effort to realize the unity of ecological，economic and social benefits of the seabuckthorn industry，and make great contributions to promoting the vigorous development of seabuckthorn industry！
