    摘要:為研究前期獲得的耐堿轉GsGSTs基因苜蓿與其對照在農藝性狀上是否存在差異,進行了產量性狀和形態(tài)性狀的調查與統(tǒng)計分析。產量性狀包括鮮草產量、干物質產量及莖分枝數;形態(tài)性狀包括株高增長速度、節(jié)數及節(jié)間長度,同時進行了堿脅迫下表型分析。結果表明,轉GsGSTs基因苜蓿植株在產量性狀及形態(tài)性狀方面與對照相比無顯著差異。在堿脅迫下,非轉基因苜蓿對照株系明顯萎蔫、失綠,而轉GsGSTs基因苜蓿株系均能保持較正常的生長狀態(tài)。此結果說明外源基因GsGSTs在苜蓿中的表達沒有改變其本身優(yōu)良的農藝性狀,同時其目標性狀(耐堿性)有所提高,符合轉基因植物安全評價中“實質等同”原則。

    Investigation and Analysis on the Agronomic Traits of Alkaline Tolerance Transgenic Alfalfa with GsGSTs Gene

    Abstract: In order to study the agronomic performance differences among transgenic alfalfa lines and the control, the yield traits, morphological traits of transgenic alfalfa lines were investigated and analyzed. The yield traits included the number of branches, grass yield and dry weight. And the morphological traits included the growth rate in spring and fall, plant height, the number of nodes and the node length. And the transgenic alfalfa lines were treated with NaHCO3. The results showed that there was no significant difference between transgenic alfalfa lines and non-transgenic alfalfa plants in the yield traits and morphological traits. And it was found that transgenic alfalfa lines grew well in the presence of 100 mmol/L NaHCO3, while wild-type plants expressed chlorosis and wilting The results indicated that the GsGSTs genes could enhance alkaline resistance and its expression in alfalfa had no unfavorable effects in agronomic traits. All the results complied with the principle of “substantial equivalence” of transgenic plant safety evaluation
