The role of women in Britain has changed a lot， especially in the last twenty years. The main change has been giving women greater equality with men. Up to the early part of the 20th century， a womans main role was to find a husband， produce children and do the housework.

Ive been an educator as scuba diving （水肺潛水） instructor for five years. Frankly， my friends dont know why Ive changed my job from a very high income position and chosen to be a scuba diving instructor. To be honest， it took me years to figure out this question.

When I ask my colleagues what motivates them as educators， they say they enjoy “l(fā)ighting a fire within”. But not me. This never seemed enough to explain why I became an educator.
