“淘寶—特色中國·招遠館”上線為煙臺首家在“淘寶—特色中國”上線的縣級市

從“淘寶—特色中國·招遠館”“淘”出來的不僅是貨真價實的招遠特產(chǎn),更是充滿地方特色和地域風情的“招遠味兒”。What one gets from the“Taobao-Specialties in China?Zhaoyuan Store” is not only authentic specialties in Zhaoyuan but also the“Zhaoyuan style” that is full of local characteristics and regional flavor.
11月6日,由國家級招遠經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)傾力打造的“淘寶—特色中國·招遠館”正式上線。作為煙臺首家在“淘寶—特色中國”上線的縣級市,招遠館將助力地域經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)展,向全世界消費者展示極具濃郁地域文化特色,在“特色中國”之旅中走向世界。
招遠是中國金都,為鼓勵當?shù)鼐W(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)業(yè),推動電子商務發(fā)展,叫響中國金都品牌,招遠經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)打造了電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)園,出臺系列傾斜政策,積極引導、支持電商發(fā)展,并與杭州澤雅電子商務有限公司合作,形成政府、運營服務商和平臺的“1+1+1”運營模式。即政府在品質(zhì)監(jiān)督和產(chǎn)品安全保證上做好背書,并且給予政策扶持;運營服務商則做好銷售和推廣,包括頻道、營銷策劃以及客服體系;平臺則做基礎流量,包括搭建產(chǎn)品庫、商品和賣家管理模式等。
此次特色中國·招遠館上線,將吸引淘寶網(wǎng)近2億網(wǎng)絡消費者登錄,了解、購買招遠特色產(chǎn)品和代表產(chǎn)品。
“淘寶—特色中國·招遠館”集合了金銀產(chǎn)品、特色農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)產(chǎn)品、美食、旅游等海量關聯(lián)信息,為當?shù)刭u家創(chuàng)造了極好的展示機會,協(xié)助商家把產(chǎn)品推廣到更大平臺,讓更多人再一次發(fā)現(xiàn)招遠,了解具有招遠金都特色的產(chǎn)品和文化。
從這里,“淘”出來的不僅是貨真價實的當?shù)靥禺a(chǎn),更是充滿地方特色和地域風情的“招遠味兒”。
杭州澤雅電子商務有限公司工作人員介紹,作為運營服務商,角色最關鍵,他們不僅需要代運營能力,還肩負著孵化和維護地方特色產(chǎn)品,以及協(xié)助地域及賣家、商家成長的責任,下一步,招遠館的品類將進一步拓寬,具有地方特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)都會被納入進來,如書畫、粉絲、皮革、輪胎等等。而與之相關的B2B業(yè)務、批發(fā)、分銷、網(wǎng)商培訓、倉儲物流等都將進一步聚合。通過電子商務,讓賣家直接對接終端市場,更快地促進地方經(jīng)濟對接巨大市場,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉變,由本地售賣變?yōu)榫W(wǎng)上全國售賣。
招遠經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)園工作人員表示,目前,招遠電子商務產(chǎn)業(yè)園共投入資金1000多萬元,已完成1.4萬平方米電子商務樓建設。以B2B模式鼓勵園區(qū)企業(yè)開辟網(wǎng)上銷售渠道和市場,進入電子商務樓進行網(wǎng)上銷售與服務。以B2C和C2C模式充分吸納社會“網(wǎng)上商圈”,重點在農(nóng)業(yè)、商貿(mào)、旅游等領域銷售,提供資金、信息、廣告、等方面服務,進行網(wǎng)上品牌價值的塑造與產(chǎn)品營銷,強化后臺的設計與加工,通過銷售商品實現(xiàn)盈利目的。同時園區(qū)還重點在技術指導、平臺服務、金融服務、物流配送、培訓咨詢等方面提供服務。特色中國·招遠館將重點考慮如何適應本地化變革需求,即網(wǎng)商和電商在政府搭建的平臺下,各自形成新的地方商業(yè)圈,繁榮當?shù)啬酥聊z東半島的電商經(jīng)濟、推動經(jīng)濟轉型升級。
值得一提的是,目前,圓通、申通、順豐等快遞物流公司相繼落戶招遠經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū),并形成日均發(fā)貨量超萬件的規(guī)模。

Forged by the national-leveled Zhaoyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, “Taobao-Specialties in China.Zhaoyuan Store” was off i cially online on Nov.6, 2015. As the fi rst countylevel city in Yantai that has been online in the “Taobao-Specialties in China,” the Zhaoyuan store will facilitate the regional economic and cultural development, show the deeply local culture to customers all over the world and go to the world in the journey of the “Specialties in China.”
As the capital of gold in China, in order to encourage local internet start-up, promote e-commerce development and make known the brand of the capital of gold in China, Zhaoyuan built up the E-Commerce Industrial Park, issued a series of favorable policies to positively lead and support the development of e-commerce businesses and worked together with Hangzhou Zeya E-Commerce Co. Ltd. to form the “1+1+1” operation model that integrated the government, the operation service provider and the platform. The government endorses the quality inspection and product safety guaranty and provides policy support; the operation service provider is in charge of sales and promotion including the channel, marketing planning and the custom system; the platform works at the basic fl ow including the setup of product database and merchandize and seller management mode.
