Liu Shaoming was born in Dongguan， Guangdong Province in 1939 and studied in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 1965. He learned from famous masters Li Xiongcai， Fu Baoshi， Li Keran， etc. Now he is a member of China Arts Association， national first-level artist， honorable president of Institute of Oriental Art， etc. He has participated in various exhibitions at home and abroad and won grand prizes. Many of his artworks have been selected into well-known journals.

劉少明，1939年生，廣東東莞人?，F(xiàn)為中國美術(shù)學(xué)會會員、中國書畫家協(xié)會理事，一級美術(shù)師，中國人才研究會藝術(shù)家學(xué)部委員會國畫藝術(shù)委員，東方藝術(shù)研究院名譽院長、華夏京都書畫研究院高級院士，首屆當(dāng)代百名最佳畫家。

1965年進(jìn)修于廣州美術(shù)學(xué)院。上個世紀(jì)七八十年代，師從國畫大師黎雄才。在漫長的藝術(shù)道路上，勤勤懇懇、扎扎實實地以“黎家山水”為根本，極力吸取傅抱石、李可染等大師的藝術(shù)養(yǎng)料充實自己。在藝術(shù)追求上，不斷探索、尋覓、求變、出新，以師自然、求造化、搜盡奇峰打草稿的精神努力創(chuàng)作，逐漸形成了自己的筆墨特色。

劉少明擅長國畫山水，在人物畫、花鳥畫的創(chuàng)作上也有較高造詣。作品在國內(nèi)及日本、美國、加拿大、新加坡、韓國等地展出，多次獲金獎、銀獎、一等獎、精品獎，被收藏和編入《當(dāng)代中國書畫名家國粹博覽》、《SQ9OOOAISE藝術(shù)體系資質(zhì)認(rèn)證藝術(shù)家精品集》等。作品在多家國家級出版社及報刊發(fā)表，曾為國家體委設(shè)計全國游泳比賽獎?wù)隆?img src="https://cimg.fx361.com/images/2024/04/03/qkimageszshbzshb201504zshb20150416-4-l.jpg"/>
