Once there was a man who was lost while driving through the country. As he tried to read a map while driving, he accidentally drove off the road into a deep muddy ditch1. Though not injured, his car was stuck2. So the man walked to a nearby farm.
There he saw an old farmer and asked for help. The farmer replied, “Warwick can get you out of that ditch,” pointing to an old donkey standing in a field. The man looked at the old donkey and then looked at the farmer who just stood there repeating3, “Yep, old Warwick can do the job.”
The two men and Warwick made their way back to the ditch. The farmer took the donkey to the car and he shouted, “Pull, Fred!Pull, Jack!Pull, Ted!Pull, Warwick!”
Slowly the donkey pulled the car from the ditch.
The man was amazed. He patted4 the donkey, thanked the farmer and asked, “Why did you call out so many other names before you called Warwick?”
The farmer laughed and said, “Old Warwick is just about blind. But as long as he believes he is part of a team, he doesnt mind pulling.”

老農(nóng)哈哈大笑,說(shuō)道:“老沃里克眼睛幾乎瞎了,但是只要它相信自己是團(tuán)隊(duì)的一員,他就不介意全力以赴的。”endprint
