摘 要:該研究面對(duì)國家戰(zhàn)略需求,針對(duì)貴金屬替代的新型動(dòng)力燃料電池,以降低成本、提高耐久性為主線,開展貴金屬替代電催化劑、新型堿性/高溫電解質(zhì)膜和有序化膜電極、高能效電堆和一體化系統(tǒng)集成等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)技術(shù)研究,重點(diǎn)解決動(dòng)力燃料電池多維度電極反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過程和電催化劑構(gòu)效關(guān)系及電催化機(jī)理,聚合物電解質(zhì)膜的分子創(chuàng)制和膜電極有序化結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)筑及離子傳輸強(qiáng)化機(jī)制,動(dòng)力燃料電池電堆一致性和系統(tǒng)一體化集成與過程耦合規(guī)律等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題。圍繞總體目標(biāo),針對(duì)關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題和重點(diǎn)研究?jī)?nèi)容,該研究設(shè)置如下6個(gè)課題:(1)貴金屬完全替代納米電催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與催化活性及耐久性研究;(2)貴金屬部分替代納米電催化劑的創(chuàng)制與催化活性及抗毒機(jī)理研究;(3)新型固態(tài)電解質(zhì)膜的分子設(shè)計(jì)與離子傳輸機(jī)制研究;(4)有序化膜電極微-納結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建與界面極化損失研究;(5)基于新型電解質(zhì)膜高能效電堆結(jié)構(gòu)與一致性研究;(6)10 kW級(jí)新型動(dòng)力燃料電池系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)研究。

Abstract:In this project, we mainly force on the following issues:the structural design and catalytic activity and durability of Precious completely replace electro-catalyst.synthesis of low-Pt nano-electrocatalysts and the catalytic activity and the tolerance to poisoning.Molecular design and mechanism study for ionic conduction in novel solid polymer electrolyte membrane.the order micro-nanometer structure membrane electrode assembly and its boundary polarization loss.new electrolyte membrane based high-efficient stack structure and its consistency.Development on 10kW novel fuel cell power system integration technology.
