目前紡織行業(yè)正處在升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的時(shí)期，為了應(yīng)對(duì)勞動(dòng)力成本快速上漲、原材料價(jià)格居高不下等因素的制約，許多紡織生產(chǎn)企業(yè)開(kāi)始從設(shè)備更新方面去解決問(wèn)題。據(jù)我了解，紡織企業(yè)當(dāng)前最需要具有用工少、自動(dòng)化程度高、具有在線監(jiān)測(cè)功能、耗電低等特點(diǎn)的紡機(jī)設(shè)備。這些設(shè)備不僅可以降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本、穩(wěn)定質(zhì)量，而且還可以控制效率。目前，我們公司也準(zhǔn)備購(gòu)買(mǎi)一些新設(shè)備。其中，清梳聯(lián)設(shè)備已經(jīng)完成購(gòu)買(mǎi)，轉(zhuǎn)杯紡已經(jīng)簽訂初期合同。我們購(gòu)買(mǎi)設(shè)備主要是為了擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能。

近幾年來(lái)，國(guó)產(chǎn)紡機(jī)發(fā)展取得了巨大進(jìn)步，主要優(yōu)勢(shì)體現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面：滿足基本需求；價(jià)廉物美，進(jìn)步較快；適應(yīng)性廣泛；安裝和維修方便。但也確實(shí)還存在一些不足，主要表現(xiàn)在研發(fā)上投資和課題研發(fā)均存在較大差距；在材質(zhì)上存在整體落后和思想上認(rèn)識(shí)嚴(yán)重不足；加工精度較差、穩(wěn)定性差。

本屆展覽會(huì)，我們也會(huì)到展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)參觀展品，本人主要對(duì)棉紡設(shè)備和器材、配件感興趣。同時(shí)還會(huì)參觀一下新型紡紗設(shè)備，織造設(shè)備。

At present， the textile industry is in the process of upgrading and restructuring. In order to cope with the rapid increase of labor costs and the high raw material prices， many textile manufacturing enterprises began to solve these problems from the aspect of equipment renewal. As far as I know， the equipment that textile enterprises need most is of such features as labor saving， high degree of automation， online monitoring， and low power consumption. These devices can reduce the cost of production with stable quality and better control efficiency. Currently， our company is also ready to buy some new equipment to expand production capacity， having completed the purchase of the blowing-carding equipment and signed the initial contract of rotor spinning equipment.

In recent years， the development of domestic textile machinery has made great progress， with main advantages reflected in the following four areas： meeting the basic needs； enjoying rapid progress with inexpensive and high-quality products； wide adaptability； convenient installation and maintenance. However， there are still some shortcomings， mainly owing to the big gap between the project R&D and the corresponding investment as well as the overall backward materials and poor precision and stability.

We would attend the exhibition this year to visit the exhibits on the spot， and I am more interested in cotton spinning equipment， devices， and accessories， followed by the new spinning and weaving equipment.
