本屆展會上,鄭州紡機工程技術(shù)有限公司展出了ZW2361系列針刺機。該機采用模塊化設(shè)計,分為單針板、雙針板、四針板對刺、雙板異位對刺等多種機型,適用于各類針刺線的預(yù)刺和主刺。
新型針刺裝備適應(yīng)針刺工藝技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新:采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu),雙軸驅(qū)動傳動系統(tǒng),搖臂式導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)利于針刺機的高速運轉(zhuǎn);防振動和旋轉(zhuǎn)平衡裝配的模塊化主軸系統(tǒng),標準化的配件易于更換和維護;全自動在線針深調(diào)整,在針刺機正常過程中,無需停車,可任意隨時調(diào)整針刺工藝參數(shù),剝網(wǎng)板、托網(wǎng)板自動在線升降;針刺機PLC集中控制,工藝調(diào)整靈活、方便,可靠。采用變頻和伺服控制技術(shù),針刺頻率及進出網(wǎng)速度可按工藝要求進行無級調(diào)整。
依托開清、梳理、鋪網(wǎng)、卷繞等成套設(shè)備的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢,鄭紡機研制開發(fā)的高速針刺超纖皮革基布生產(chǎn)線在浙江麗水成功開車。該生產(chǎn)線使用優(yōu)化的開清棉系統(tǒng),配棉比例準確可靠,混棉效果好;氣壓棉箱喂棉機的配棉頭入口處配有氣流平衡裝置,降低了氣流和纖維速度,減少了上棉箱內(nèi)的風(fēng)量,提高了整個機幅內(nèi)纖維密度的均勻穩(wěn)定;梳理機采用順向喂入方式,刺輥順向打擊纖維,減少了纖維損傷,并可根據(jù)纖維長度調(diào)節(jié)工藝分梳長度,達到精細喂入、精細梳理的效果,提高了纖網(wǎng)質(zhì)量,減少了清潔保養(yǎng)時間;生產(chǎn)線電氣控制集成化程度高、操作方便、用工少。成套生產(chǎn)線的配置為生產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量合成革基布提供了堅實基礎(chǔ),多年研發(fā)的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗可承接非織造項目的技術(shù)咨詢、工程設(shè)計、設(shè)備安裝、工藝調(diào)試、技術(shù)改造等工作,實現(xiàn)交鑰匙工程。
In this exhibition, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. exhibits needle machine of ZW2361 series with a modular design, divided into single needle plate, double needle plate, and other models,which applies to all types of pre thorn and main thorn of needle line.
The new needle-punched equipment adapts to technological innovation with combined structure, two-axle drive transmission system, swing-arm guide mechanism to accelerate the high-speed operation of needle machine; with modular spindle system of anti-cibration and rotation balance assembly, and standaedized components for easy replacement and maintenance; with automatic needle depth adjustment for arbitrary change of process parameters, and online lifting of stripping screen and support screen without parking in normal procedure.
Relying on technical advantages of scutching, carding,lapping and winding, the high-speed needling microfiber leather fabric production line has been successfully started up in Zhejiang Lishui. Optimized opening and cleaning system makes cotton blending ration accurate and reliable; cotton feeder with flow balance device at the entrance reduces the velocity of air flow and fiber, so as to improve the uniformity and stability of fiber density; the forward feeding of carding machine reduces damage of fiber and improves the quality of fiber network. Complete production line provides a solid foundation for the production of high quality synthetic leather. With many years of experience in R&D, the company can undertake technical consulting, engineering design, equipment installation, process debugging and technical improvement, to implement turnkey projects.
