摘 要:目的 研究腦損傷前后腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相應(yīng)改變。方法 通過多時(shí)點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)磁共振體素分析技術(shù),對急性腦梗死患者運(yùn)動相關(guān)灰質(zhì)體積和白質(zhì)連系改變進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果 急性皮質(zhì)下腦梗死后遠(yuǎn)隔部位灰質(zhì)和白質(zhì)繼發(fā)體積變化。結(jié)論 急性局灶性皮質(zhì)下梗死后,遠(yuǎn)隔部位運(yùn)動相關(guān)腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化可對患者運(yùn)動功能恢復(fù)起抑制或促進(jìn)作用。

Abstract:Aim:To research the corresponding change of brain injury and brain networks. Methods: Through structure magnetic resonance imaging voxel analysis technique at multipoint, the patients with acute cerebral infarction associated with motion-ralated gray matter volume and white matter connection alterations were studied. Results: Distal parts of the gray volume and white matter connection in acute cerebral infarction patients were changed. Conclusion: After acute focal cerebral infarction,changes of distal brain network associatied with movement may inhibit or promot the recovery of motor function in patients.
