UFI作為迄今為止世界展覽業(yè)最重要的國(guó)際性組織,對(duì)展會(huì)項(xiàng)目的審核非常嚴(yán)格,比較看重展會(huì)的國(guó)際化和專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度,對(duì)展會(huì)的服務(wù)、質(zhì)量、規(guī)模、知名度皆要求達(dá)到一定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這也是為什么在業(yè)界存在共識(shí),獲得UFI認(rèn)可就相當(dāng)于被打上了高品質(zhì)貿(mào)易展覽會(huì)的榮譽(yù)標(biāo)簽。
萬(wàn)耀企龍是UFI會(huì)員之一,早在2005年,旗下的中國(guó)國(guó)際地面材料及鋪裝技術(shù)展覽會(huì)(DOMOTEX asia/ CHINAFLOOR)就獲得了UFI認(rèn)證。之后,公司的自創(chuàng)品牌展——亞洲寵物展(Pet Fair Asia)也通過(guò)了UFI的專(zhuān)業(yè)認(rèn)證。
或許很少有人知道,我們與 UFI之間有著較深的淵源。曾有兩位萬(wàn)耀企龍的前董事局主席——Arie Brienen先生和Ruud G. van Ingen先生,分別出任過(guò)UFI的全球主席。作為UFI大家庭中的一份子,萬(wàn)耀企龍一直都積極活躍于UFI的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中,曾多次獲得UFI年度專(zhuān)項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng),有些已成為了萬(wàn)耀企龍展會(huì)服務(wù)中的重要特色,比如獲得2011年度UFI營(yíng)銷(xiāo)大獎(jiǎng)的Lead Marketing產(chǎn)品,一直深受展商、觀眾的好評(píng)。
我們十分看重UFI這一國(guó)際性的會(huì)展業(yè)交流平臺(tái),在這里,我們與世界知名展覽企業(yè)分享成功案例和行業(yè)觀點(diǎn),了解國(guó)際會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并尋求國(guó)際間的合作。舉例來(lái)說(shuō),始創(chuàng)于1997年的亞洲寵物展(Pet Fair Asia),伴隨著中國(guó)寵物業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,經(jīng)過(guò)十九年的歷練,已然成為中國(guó)寵物行業(yè)的標(biāo)桿性展會(huì)。但如何在原有基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提升展會(huì)質(zhì)量,擴(kuò)大展會(huì)的國(guó)際影響力,曾一度成為我們遇到的難題。加入U(xiǎn)FI后,一方面,展會(huì)在打造國(guó)際化專(zhuān)業(yè)展方面吸取了很多海外的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),國(guó)際展商和觀眾比例大幅增長(zhǎng);另一方面,借助UFI的品牌影響力,展會(huì)也贏得了更高的國(guó)際知名度及更多展商和觀眾的認(rèn)可和信心。
UFI年會(huì)是行業(yè)的交流盛會(huì),全球會(huì)展行業(yè)的精英們齊聚一堂,交流業(yè)界信息,進(jìn)行思維上的碰撞,不僅有行業(yè)年度大總結(jié),更有對(duì)全球會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展的深入探討,為行業(yè)的未來(lái)建言獻(xiàn)策。每年的UFI年會(huì),除了能結(jié)交很多業(yè)界的新老朋友外,最新會(huì)展理念的分享也為我?guī)?lái)很多啟發(fā),使我受益匪淺。
時(shí)隔十年,UFI年會(huì)再次回到中國(guó)舉辦,能作為本次“亞太地區(qū)”主題論壇的主持人,我感到十分榮幸。近些年,亞太在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中的重要地位逐步顯現(xiàn),國(guó)際展覽業(yè)亦將目光聚焦在了亞太這一區(qū)域,其中,又以中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的表現(xiàn)最為耀眼且備受關(guān)注。本次UFI年會(huì)的回歸就很好地印證了這一點(diǎn)。目前中國(guó)會(huì)展業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著眾多機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),將有更多的國(guó)際展會(huì)品牌涌入,同時(shí)也會(huì)有越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)本土品牌跨出國(guó)門(mén),尋求更大的發(fā)展空間和國(guó)際資源支持。隨著中國(guó)會(huì)展水平的不斷提升,其輻射全亞太乃至全世界的影響力也將逐漸彰顯。因此,業(yè)界普遍相信,亞太會(huì)展業(yè)將比歐美地區(qū)更具活力,而中國(guó)作為亞太區(qū)的代表仍存在巨大的潛力。我們希望借此活動(dòng)能與業(yè)界共同探討亞太地區(qū)會(huì)展行業(yè)發(fā)展的未來(lái)。
On 10 November, the Special Interest Groups meeting : AsiaPacific of 83rd UFI Congress will be moderated by David Zhong, President & CEO, VNU Exhibitions Asia (China).
As UFI member, VNU Exhibitions Asia (China) has two UFI Approved Events: DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR and Pet Fair Asia.
The story between VNU and UFI began long ago.Two former chairman of the directors board in VNU were the UFI President. As a member of the UFI family, VNU has been playing an active role in the activities of UFI. VNU has also got a number of UFI awards under its belt, some of them are now feature services in VNUs exhibitions. For example, the Lead Marketing, which won the 2011 UFI Marketing, has gained extensive recognition from exhibitors and visitors.
As this years moderator of the Special Interest Groups meeting: Asia-Pacific, David hopes to take advantage of the platform of UFI to discuss the future development of the exhibition industry of Asia-Pacific region with global professionals, and to find out a steady and sustainable way for the industrys development.
David thinks that in recent years, the importance of Asia Pacific region has become more evident in global economy, and the global exhibition industry have set their eyes in this region. Within the region,the Chinese exhibition market is most impressive and attracted industrial attention. The return of the UFI Congress to Shanghai is a good example of this. Now, the Chinese exhibition industry faces various opportunities and challenges. We will see more international brand exhibitions coming into here and more Chinese exhibitions brand extending abroad to seek even greater development space and the support of international resources. With further development, the influence of Chinese exhibition industry in the region will increase even more. Therefore, the global industry generally believe that the Asia Pacific exhibition industry will be more dynamic than that of the Europe and US, and that China as the regional example will display great vigor.
