行走浙江大地，會(huì)感覺(jué)到它的美有歷史的傳承和沉淀，有現(xiàn)代的創(chuàng)新和繁華。

一個(gè)G20峰會(huì)，把杭州呈現(xiàn)給全世界，也把全世界的目光帶到浙江。收獲前所未有的關(guān)注度，在深層次上鏈接起本土與國(guó)際，這樣的互動(dòng)早在今年6月就開(kāi)始了。

“情系浙江——外國(guó)專(zhuān)家美麗浙江行”活動(dòng)由歷屆“西湖友誼獎(jiǎng)”獲獎(jiǎng)專(zhuān)家及其他專(zhuān)家參加，體驗(yàn)浙江互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的創(chuàng)新活力、欣賞美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的豐碩成果、感受海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃浪潮……專(zhuān)家們紛紛感言：讓我們對(duì)開(kāi)放浙江的未來(lái)充滿(mǎn)信心。

小鎮(zhèn)印象，盛事出名

全球范圍內(nèi)，因盛事而出名的小鎮(zhèn)不多，于電影有法國(guó)的戛納，于經(jīng)濟(jì)有瑞士的達(dá)沃斯，今后，于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)則有了中國(guó)浙江的烏鎮(zhèn)。

枕水而居、青石板巷，小橋人家，聽(tīng)一曲江南小調(diào)，這是千百年來(lái)烏鎮(zhèn)的節(jié)奏。而自2014年烏鎮(zhèn)成為世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì)永久會(huì)址以來(lái)，這古老的水鄉(xiāng)便帶著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”的嶄新標(biāo)簽擁抱無(wú)限可能。

浙江工商大學(xué)東方語(yǔ)言文化學(xué)院訪問(wèn)學(xué)者、日本早稻田大學(xué)教授島善高參觀烏鎮(zhèn)后，感慨頗多，他在參觀記中這樣寫(xiě)道：“烏鎮(zhèn)久以水鄉(xiāng)聞名遐邇，古色古香的街道保存完好，吸引了眾多游客。下榻的賓館是位于烏鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)的東安客棧，客棧內(nèi)部異常華麗，與復(fù)古風(fēng)格外觀形成鮮明對(duì)比，傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代完美融合為一體。”

這個(gè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)小鎮(zhèn)給他留下了深刻的印象，他說(shuō)：“我從今年4月份開(kāi)始在杭州生活，看到中國(guó)人互聯(lián)網(wǎng)利用率之高，甚為吃驚。日常購(gòu)物、打車(chē)、餐廳買(mǎi)單等等都通過(guò)支付寶，幾乎不用現(xiàn)金。除了公共設(shè)施之外，公交車(chē)?yán)镆灿蠾iFi，大學(xué)校園里各種通知、友人間的聯(lián)系都通過(guò)微信。不禁讓人覺(jué)得，比起我的祖國(guó)日本，中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及度更高?！?/p>

在杭州余杭區(qū)夢(mèng)想小鎮(zhèn)，各國(guó)專(zhuān)家被這里濃厚的創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍吸引。“積極與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)融合是中國(guó)企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)，也是中國(guó)制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在?！狈?wù)于浙江吉利集團(tuán)的加拿大機(jī)械工程技術(shù)專(zhuān)家林鐘城說(shuō)，中國(guó)過(guò)去的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)依賴(lài)勞動(dòng)力密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)，而現(xiàn)在通過(guò)政府產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的影響正在快速轉(zhuǎn)型。

生態(tài)友好，舒心慰藉

在麗水，古樟、碼頭、老街，外國(guó)專(zhuān)家團(tuán)走進(jìn)古堰畫(huà)鄉(xiāng)，時(shí)間仿佛放慢了腳步，一切顯得如此的愜意和恬靜。

“小憩之后，汽車(chē)把我們帶到一個(gè)美麗的小村莊，是麗水蓮都區(qū)的古村落繪畫(huà)寫(xiě)生景點(diǎn)。這個(gè)小村莊叫利山，離麗水非常近。當(dāng)?shù)氐慕ㄖ锞哂袔装倌甑臍v史。這些中國(guó)古代的建筑風(fēng)格給我留下美好的印象。在一些老房子里，人們出售中國(guó)的食品、紀(jì)念品和圖畫(huà)。由于當(dāng)?shù)亓钊速潎@的景色，這個(gè)景點(diǎn)吸引了許多畫(huà)家與藝術(shù)家。當(dāng)我們沿著街道行走時(shí)，我們看到有許多學(xué)生坐在街邊畫(huà)畫(huà)。景色美極了?！?/p>

“‘浙江綠心這個(gè)稱(chēng)呼對(duì)于生態(tài)友好的麗水而言，是再合適不過(guò)的了。那里，空氣清新，山水秀麗。我們生活在擠擠攘攘的城市之中，呼吸著濕熱渾濁的空氣，而此處對(duì)我們而言，將是一次舒心的慰藉?！?/p>

在麗水期間，各國(guó)專(zhuān)家圍繞“美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)”主題，先后到訪畬族古村落利山村和縉云縣采山澗省級(jí)引進(jìn)國(guó)外智力成果示范推廣基地，一路感受麗水的靈秀美景，體驗(yàn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)帶來(lái)的巨大變化和品嘗特色美食?！斑@里風(fēng)景太美了！人也特別友好。”見(jiàn)到了麗水的風(fēng)景和那里友善的人民，來(lái)自英國(guó)的浙江大學(xué)教師龍愛(ài)仁不禁感嘆道。

在實(shí)地考察的同時(shí)，各國(guó)專(zhuān)家也對(duì)麗水發(fā)展建言獻(xiàn)策?！胞愃鳛槁糜蔚貐^(qū)，游客非常多，市場(chǎng)潛力大。接下來(lái)，我想重點(diǎn)幫助麗水規(guī)范使用韓語(yǔ)、推廣韓語(yǔ)；為麗水開(kāi)發(fā)具有當(dāng)?shù)匚幕糜翁厣⒂诌m合大眾消費(fèi)，且具有紀(jì)念性的旅游商品；把杭州、義烏、麗水結(jié)合在一起，開(kāi)發(fā)一條適合韓國(guó)人游玩的旅游線路?！眮?lái)自韓國(guó)的旅游專(zhuān)家梁太白博士說(shuō)，一路上，自己拍下了不少美景，計(jì)劃帶回韓國(guó)好好宣傳。

由此向東，遼闊無(wú)邊

在舟山，新區(qū)建設(shè)給俄羅斯專(zhuān)家瑪麗娜·科瓦勒瓦很大的觸動(dòng)。無(wú)數(shù)的挖掘機(jī)、推土機(jī)、攪拌機(jī)、起吊機(jī)和運(yùn)輸車(chē)來(lái)到這里，大大小小的工地正在開(kāi)工，各種冠以“國(guó)際”二字的建筑在群島的多個(gè)島嶼上不斷地拔地而起。這些巨大的建筑表明舟山正承載著“筑巢引鳳”的重任。浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)的藍(lán)色夢(mèng)想，一時(shí)間凝聚在東海的這片群島上。由此向東，是遼闊無(wú)邊的海洋。

海洋文化是各國(guó)專(zhuān)家熱衷探討的話題。

瑪麗娜·科瓦勒瓦說(shuō)：“海洋對(duì)這里的生活來(lái)說(shuō)是最重要的東西。這里有繪有海洋圖案的房子，以及美味的海鮮，我們?cè)诖逯械牟蛷d里受到熱情接待，并且參觀了了不起的藝術(shù)家張高俊的展覽。在這個(gè)小村子里能看到如此精彩的展覽讓我很驚喜。我希望這位偉大的藝術(shù)家和他的學(xué)校將被我的祖國(guó)俄羅斯的藝術(shù)鑒賞家所熟知?！绷硪晃粚?zhuān)家則在考察記中寫(xiě)道：“我還想回來(lái)看舟山的布袋木偶劇院。我對(duì)此很感興趣，因?yàn)槲覐穆眯兄改仙峡吹竭@個(gè)劇院是舟山漁民文化最重要的藝術(shù)形式之一?！?/p>

友誼之橋，互聯(lián)互通

今年，是浙江一個(gè)很有意義的特殊年份，一是G20杭州峰會(huì)召開(kāi)，二是“西湖友誼獎(jiǎng)”設(shè)立20周年紀(jì)念。這兩件事，代表著浙江與國(guó)際的接軌點(diǎn)，而外國(guó)專(zhuān)家和友人則是這個(gè)接軌點(diǎn)上的使者。

在浙江大學(xué)從事農(nóng)學(xué)研究的副教授英蘭是巴基斯坦人，如今的他已經(jīng)能說(shuō)一口流利的漢語(yǔ)，把杭州當(dāng)成了第二故鄉(xiāng)。英蘭來(lái)中國(guó)已經(jīng)有15年，目睹了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，也深深熱愛(ài)著這份研究工作。

“現(xiàn)在我感覺(jué)已經(jīng)離不開(kāi)杭州了，也把自己的家安在了這里?！庇⑻m說(shuō)，浙大為他提供了和中國(guó)學(xué)者一樣的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，對(duì)他的研究工作給予了充分的支持和信任?，F(xiàn)在，他的事業(yè)蒸蒸日上，和中國(guó)同事取得的許多成果，在中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中大面積推廣，取得了顯著效益。他笑著用中國(guó)話說(shuō)，自己的工作是在“為人民服務(wù)”。

美國(guó)90后小伙約翰遜在外國(guó)專(zhuān)家團(tuán)中最年輕，是杭州一所高校的外語(yǔ)教員。他說(shuō)，自己曾經(jīng)讀過(guò)馬可·波羅的著作，直到來(lái)到杭州才發(fā)現(xiàn)這里的人，和風(fēng)景、和城市一樣美麗?！拔业暮芏鄬W(xué)生都踴躍報(bào)名希望成為G20杭州峰會(huì)的志愿者，相信他們可以為外國(guó)友人提供多樣化的服務(wù)?！?

浙江在創(chuàng)新、活力、聯(lián)動(dòng)、包容中不斷發(fā)展。

省委宣傳部副部長(zhǎng)、省委外宣辦主任來(lái)穎杰表示，組織這樣的活動(dòng)，目的是感謝外國(guó)專(zhuān)家們長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)的奉獻(xiàn)和支持。他們不遠(yuǎn)萬(wàn)里來(lái)到我們浙江，用自己的知識(shí)和智慧，傾心傾力做出貢獻(xiàn)和付出，浙江人民永遠(yuǎn)銘記在心。他說(shuō)，常有國(guó)際友人提起，浙江是個(gè)好地方，可惜沒(méi)機(jī)會(huì)好好走走看看，所以，我們要讓外國(guó)專(zhuān)家朋友去領(lǐng)略一下浙江的好山好水好人家。

Foreign Experts on Sightseeing Tour around Zhejiang

Zhejiang did a lot to connect itself with G20 this year. In June 2016， a group of foreign experts working in Zhejiang traveled around Zhejiang so as to acquire a comprehensive perspective of the provinces economic and social growth. Many of the experts on the tour are recipients of West Lake Friendship Award.

One of the places they visited was Wuzhen， an ancient town of rivers and canals in northern Zhejiang. Since 2014， Wuzhen has hosted World Internet Congress. Yoshitaka Shima， a Japanese professor and now a visiting scholar with the Eastern Languages and Cultures College of Zhejiang Gongshang University， was deeply impressed with Wuzhen. He had long since heard of Wuzhen and the visit provided him with real images and impressions. He wrote in a travelogue： “Wuzhen is well known as a river town. The well preserved streets reflect the splendor of the past， which attract a lot of tourists. The hotel where we stayed was beautifully decorated inside in sharp contrast with its neoclassic appearance. The town perfectly blends the modern and the traditional.”

The tour opened his eyes wider to the universality of internet in everyday life of Zhejiang. He came to Hangzhou in April 2016. Much to his surprise， he found local people use internet frequently. He observes： “Local people make payments by Alipay and nearly use no cash at all. People on the campus communicate constantly on WeChat. Internet is more widely used in China than in Japan.”

One of the places on their tour across Zhejiang was Cangqian， a town of 800 years and now best known as Dream Town. The experts were deeply impressed with a legion of high-tech startups working their dreams in the 3-km2 incubator. Businesses in China are seeking ways to upgrade themselves by integrating with the internet. “China used to pursue economic growth through labor-intensive industries. Nowadays， the government encourages restructuring and upgrading through new industrial policies，” commented Jong-seong Lim， an engineer from Canada now working for Geely Group in Zhejiang.

Lishui in the south of the province fascinated the experts with its scenic beauty， history， and culture. They visited the land of ancient weirs and art， a popular tourist destination that covers several rural towns. It boasts several ancient weirs. And its scenic beauty attracts artists. The land has an artist settlement. Many have settled down there and many come here regularly to paint. Art galleries have mushroomed in Dagangtou Town.

Kovaleva Marina， a language teacher with Zhejiang Foreign Languages Institute， was deeply impressed with Zhoushan Archipelago， a string of pearls in East China Sea. The islands have been transforming tremendously in recently years since Zhoushan became a key free-trade zone. Gigantic construction sites are everywhere. With Shanghai and Hangzhou at its back， the islands are transforming into the next big engine of the economic growth for the province and a huge base for international trade. She also took interest in local culture. The experts visited a village restaurant and got invited to see an art exhibition staged by a village artist named Zhang Gaojun. Some were fascinated by a puppet show， a traditional entertainment popular in Zhoushan.

The year 2016 not only marks the G20 Summit in Hangzhou but also celebrates the 20th anniversary of the launching of West Lake Friendship Awards. The summit highlights the connection Zhejiang makes with the world and the foreign friends working and living in Zhejiang are envoys who help Zhejiang connect with the world.

Imran Haider Shamsi， a Pakistani， who is now an associate professor with Zhejiang University， has been in China for 15 years and considers Hangzhou his second home. A scholar of agriculture， he receives full support and trust of the university. He and his colleagues have done remarkably in research work. And a lot of their research results have been put to practice and yielded economic benefits. His career has taken off in Hangzhou.

“The tour is meant to express our gratitude to foreign experts for their dedication and support. They come all the way to our province and help us with their knowledge， wisdom， and dedication. We in Zhejiang are internally indebted. Our international friends often comment that Zhejiang is lovely but regretfully they cant find time to take a good look around. This time they have an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and everyday life people live across the province，” explains Lai Yingjie， vice director of the publicity department of the CPC Zhejiang Committee.
