寒梅初綻，新春又至。值此喜迎2017年新春之際，我謹(jǐn)向關(guān)心支持《文化交流》雜志的各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各界人士和廣大讀者表示衷心感謝，并祝大家新年快樂！

過去的2016年是極不尋常的一年。

這一年，我們迎來了《文化交流》雜志創(chuàng)刊30周年。30年來，風(fēng)雨兼程，我們一起走過，與時(shí)代同步、與人民同行，為人民抒寫、為時(shí)代放歌。我們?yōu)榻ㄔO(shè)文化大省鼓與呼，描繪浙江文化繁榮新畫卷，奏響中外文化交流最強(qiáng)音。那一篇篇傾注著辦刊人心血和汗水的稿件，那一個(gè)個(gè)接地氣、有溫度的好故事，感動(dòng)受眾，感動(dòng)社會(huì)。

我們始終遵循習(xí)近平總書記在浙江工作時(shí)對(duì)《文化交流》辦刊工作關(guān)于“讓世界更多地了解浙江，讓浙江更好地走向世界”的指示精神，堅(jiān)持正確的辦刊方向，緊緊圍繞浙江省委、省政府的中心工作，大力弘揚(yáng)中華優(yōu)秀文化，推進(jìn)中外文化交流。

2016年第1期《文化交流》雜志以整本的內(nèi)容來紀(jì)念自己30歲的生日，特別是《文化大省建設(shè)篇》和《中外文化交流篇》兩篇重頭稿，分別展現(xiàn)了30年來本刊描繪浙江文化繁榮的絢麗畫卷、搭建國際文化交流金橋的鮮亮足跡和豐碩成果。我們的作者、讀者、海外朋友寄來熱情洋溢的文稿，傾談“我”與《文化交流》的多年情緣。與“紅牡丹”結(jié)緣的30個(gè)國家的友人，齊繪30朵中國畫牡丹，慶賀《文化交流》創(chuàng)刊30周年。

這一年9月，一場最高規(guī)格的國際峰會(huì)在杭州舉辦。G20杭州峰會(huì)是讓全世界感知中國魅力和浙江風(fēng)采的重要機(jī)遇。杭州這座歷史文化名城、創(chuàng)新活力之城，給世界留下了深刻印象和美好記憶。

傾情宣傳G20杭州峰會(huì)重任在肩，《文化交流·G20杭州峰會(huì)特輯》以100個(gè)頁面的篇幅、237幅精美圖照，圖文并茂地呈現(xiàn)給世界一份別樣的精彩和獨(dú)特韻味。特輯五大樂章一氣呵成，凸現(xiàn)G20杭州峰會(huì)“構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新、活力、聯(lián)動(dòng)、包容的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)”的主旨。

特輯一出爐，很多精彩篇章迅即被浙江在線、浙江發(fā)布等網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)載，向世界廣泛傳播，并得到省市有關(guān)部門的好評(píng)和廣大讀者的喜愛。散發(fā)著油墨清香的《文化交流·G20杭州峰會(huì)特輯》在讀者、作者和外國友人中競相傳閱，讀者、網(wǎng)民通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)點(diǎn)贊這本特輯“有時(shí)代特色，更值得珍藏”。

這一年，全球共有146個(gè)國家及地區(qū)尤其是中英兩國以不同的方式隆重紀(jì)念湯顯祖和莎士比亞這兩位文學(xué)巨匠逝世400周年。本刊以湯顯祖主政五年并創(chuàng)作《牡丹亭》的浙江遂昌縣的紀(jì)念活動(dòng)和浙江小百花越劇團(tuán)在莎翁故鄉(xiāng)演出《寇流蘭與杜麗娘》為重點(diǎn)，廣泛深入地進(jìn)行了宣傳。

2017年是全面貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八屆六中全會(huì)精神并將迎來黨的十九大召開的重要一年。

高擎民族精神火炬，吹響時(shí)代前進(jìn)號(hào)角。2016年11月30日，習(xí)近平總書記在中國文聯(lián)十大、中國作協(xié)九大開幕式上的重要講話，充分肯定了文藝工作的巨大作用和成就，對(duì)文藝工作者提出了殷切希望。習(xí)總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)“文運(yùn)同國運(yùn)相牽，文脈同國脈相連”，要求文藝工作者做到“胸中有大義、心里有人民、肩頭有責(zé)任、筆下有乾坤”，用文藝的力量溫暖人、鼓舞人、啟迪人。

我們要把十八屆六中全會(huì)精神轉(zhuǎn)化為強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力，深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書記對(duì)文藝工作的重要指示，以中國夢(mèng)為時(shí)代主題，以創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力，緊緊圍繞浙江改革發(fā)展的火熱實(shí)踐，講好浙江故事，展示“兩富”“兩美”和干在實(shí)處、走在前列、勇立潮頭的現(xiàn)代浙江的文化繁榮景象、文化成就與浙江特色。

從G20杭州峰會(huì)的文藝啟示中，我們深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到，唯有體現(xiàn)杭州韻味、浙江特色，又能走向世界的國際范文化精品，才能在今天的時(shí)代中熠熠放光。在后G20時(shí)代，我們要大力弘揚(yáng)中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化，吸收借鑒國外優(yōu)秀文化藝術(shù)，為浙江實(shí)施文化“走出去”戰(zhàn)略，講好中國故事，推進(jìn)國際文化交流作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。

為此，我們必須進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)文藝創(chuàng)新，發(fā)揚(yáng)精雕細(xì)琢、追求完美的工匠精神，實(shí)施文化精品工程，不斷強(qiáng)化浙江地域文化品牌建設(shè)，為偉大的時(shí)代奉獻(xiàn)更多思想深刻、藝術(shù)精湛的文化精品。

發(fā)揚(yáng)工匠精神落實(shí)到2017年的辦刊工作，就是要進(jìn)一步拓寬辦刊思路，在廣度上拓展、在深度上開掘，牢牢樹立精品意識(shí)，精心策劃，精心采編，精益求精，一絲不茍，關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)，精耕細(xì)作，追求完美和極致。工匠精神就是追求卓越的創(chuàng)造精神。發(fā)揚(yáng)工匠精神，要求我們透析文化領(lǐng)域的新現(xiàn)象、新典型，運(yùn)用文化表達(dá)的新形式，把刊物辦得更加大氣、更加精美。

2015年初，在浙江省“兩會(huì)”上，省政府提出3年內(nèi)建設(shè)100個(gè)特色小鎮(zhèn)。特色小鎮(zhèn)是融合產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化、生態(tài)、旅游和社區(qū)功能的新型發(fā)展平臺(tái)，具有形態(tài)小而美、產(chǎn)業(yè)特而強(qiáng)、功能聚而合.體制新而活的特點(diǎn)，引發(fā)全國關(guān)注。2017年《文化交流》擬新設(shè)“特色小鎮(zhèn)”欄目，從文化內(nèi)涵與國際交流兩個(gè)方面著手，宣傳好這一創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的新平臺(tái)、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的新載體。

浙江2017年將進(jìn)一步深化推進(jìn)美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)，省委、省政府印發(fā)的《浙江省深化美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃（2016-2020年）》為今后5年工作指明了方向。2017年本刊將在“美麗浙江”、“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”欄目予以報(bào)道，深入宣傳好鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新與升級(jí)。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)音樂、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劇、微電影、網(wǎng)絡(luò)演出、網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)漫等，新興類型文藝繁榮發(fā)展，反映傳統(tǒng)文藝與網(wǎng)絡(luò)文藝創(chuàng)新性融合。如今，浙江網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化逐漸形成了自成一體的生產(chǎn)、傳播、閱讀模式和文本特色。2017年本刊將進(jìn)一步實(shí)踐與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的創(chuàng)新性融合，加強(qiáng)與浙江發(fā)布、北京萬方數(shù)據(jù)公司、龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)等眾多網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)合作，借力多渠道、多平臺(tái)進(jìn)行傳播、展示與推送。

站在新起點(diǎn)，邁向新征程。在新的一年里，我們肩負(fù)重任，滿懷信心，努力踐行使命。我們將一如既往地加強(qiáng)與各方面的聯(lián)系，積極爭取各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和有關(guān)部門及各地的支持，爭取國內(nèi)外讀者、朋友的支持與合作，為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)，譜寫文化交流的時(shí)代華章！

On this occasion that plum blossoms are blooming and traditional Chinese New Year is around the corner， I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to leaders at all levels， people from all walks of life and our readers who support and care for Cultural Dialogue and wish you all Happy New Year！

The year 2016 was extraordinary.

In 2016， we celebrated the 30th anniversary of Cultural Dialogue. Over the past three decades， Cultural Dialogue had experienced a lot. In the spirit of a remark that “Let the world know more about Zhejiang and let Zhejiang embrace the world”， a remark by Xi Jinping while he was working in Zhejiang， we had adhered to our editorial guideline and centered our work around the central concerns of Zhejiang in our bid to promote the excellence of Chinese culture and enhance cultural exchanges with the world.

The issue of January 2016 was entirely dedicated to the celebration of the 30 years of Cultural Dialogue. The issue reviewed the provinces endeavors over the past three decades to strengthen the provinces cultural undertakings and build a bridge between the province and the world. Our writers， readers and friends from across the world reminisced about their involvement with Cultural Dialogue.

In 2016， Hangzhou hosted G20 Summit， the most important international event ever seen in the citys history and an opportunity to exhibit China in general and Zhejiang in particular to the world. Hangzhou， a well known city of history and culture and innovation， succeeded in making itself memorable to the world.

On the occasion of the G20 Summit Hangzhou in September， Cultural Dialogue published a special issue of 100 pages and 237 photos in five chapters， highlighting the summits theme of “building innovative， dynamic， interconnected and inclusive world economy”.

In 2016， 146 countries and regions in general and China and UK in particular celebrated， in various ways， the 400th anniversary of the demises of Williams Shakespeare and Tang Xianzu. Cultural Dialogue covered events in commemoration of the two great playwrights.

In his speech at the opening ceremony of the tenth national congress of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the ninth national congress of China Writers Association on November 30， 2016， General Secretary Xi Jinping fully recognized the remarkable achievements of the nations writers and artists. General Secretary Xi emphasized that our literature and art are interwoven with the destiny of our nation.

With this in mind， we will focus in future issues on such subjects as China Dream， innovation， reform in Zhejiang and tell our stories with a focus on Zhejiang and highlight what our people do to create material and spiritual wealth and make Zhejiang beautiful and our life beautiful. We will continue to highlight Zhejiangs cultural undertakings and achievements and what culturally makes the province special.

Understanding what Hangzhou culturally presented and achieved during the G20 Summit 2016， we are sharply aware that only the best works of literature and art with Hangzhou and Zhejiang characteristics can shine and can go far in the world.

In 2017， we will strive to widen our horizons and seek excellence in our thinking and editing and reporting. Excellence is what we try to achieve. Excellence is our guideline in our full analysis and appreciation of cultural events and people. Excellence is what we intend to express in telling stories and make Culture Dialogue better.

In early 2015， Zhejiang set out to build 300 special towns within three years. The special towns are meant to be platforms where industry， culture， ecology， tourism and residential community come together. They are blueprinted to be small but beautiful in scale and environment， powerful as industrial powerhouses， cohesive in function， new and dynamic in system building. This strategy caught the eye of whole nation as soon as it was put forward. In 2017， Cultural Dialogue will carry stories about these special towns in “Special Towns” column， with the emphasis on cultural and international exchanges.

Zhejiang in 2017 will continue to promote the rural reconstruction project called “Beautiful Countryside”， as specified in a government action plan for a five-year period from 2016 to 2020. “Beautiful Zhejiang” and “Beautiful Countryside” in Cultural Dialogue will continue to cover developments of this project and highlight innovation and changes in the cultural dimension of this project.

Internet culture is a new cultural phenomenon reflecting the unprecedented fusion of the traditional and the brand new. In 2017， Cultural Dialogue will intensify our ties with various websites to further spread our contents to more users and in more effective ways.

In 2017， we are dedicated to our mission and responsibility. We will， as always， strengthen our ties with the world and do our best to contribute to cultural exchanges across the world.
