撤稿原因: 該論文與哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)譚立英博士學(xué)位論文《小波光學(xué)理論構(gòu)建及應(yīng)用研究》(該博士論文未上網(wǎng))部分章節(jié)內(nèi)容重復(fù)，涉嫌抄襲.

本刊嚴(yán)正譴責(zé)這種學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，經(jīng)研究決定對該文予以撤銷，特此聲明.

Reason: The content of the above paper was found in some overlap with the doctoral dissertation of ’Constructing the Theory of Wavelet Optics and Research on the Application’(it had not been published online) authored by Tan Liying from Harbin Institute of Technology, and it was suspected of plagiarism.

We hereby declare that this article is retracted.
