圖像復(fù)原的一種新的加速動(dòng)量梯度投影法

摘 要：該文提出了一種新的應(yīng)用于圖像復(fù)原的加速動(dòng)量梯度投影法。該方法在負(fù)梯度的方向上添加一個(gè)動(dòng)量項(xiàng)，并且動(dòng)態(tài)地選取動(dòng)量參數(shù)和步長，從而加速了算法的收斂。在合理的假設(shè)下，證明了算法的全局收斂性。數(shù)值試驗(yàn)表明，與當(dāng)前先進(jìn)的FISTA方法相比較，該文提出的算法無論是在時(shí)間上還是在圖像復(fù)原的質(zhì)量上都是有競爭力的。

A New Momentum Gradient Projection Method for Image Restoration

Abstract： In this paper， a new momentum gradient projection method for image restoration is proposed by using the convex combination of the negative gradient direction and the momentum term as the search direction， and the proposed method employs dynamic selection of momentum parameters and step length， which accelerates its convergence. Under mild conditions， the method is proved to be globally convergent. Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms FISTA， both in time efficiency and in the quality of image restoration.

表1是FISTA和算法1兩種算法圖像處理后的峰值信噪比（PSNR），運(yùn)行時(shí)間（CPU） 的對比。從PSNR可以看出，用算法1復(fù)原的圖像與原始圖像最接近；從CPU可以看出，算法1速度較快。

圖1對2個(gè)測試圖像進(jìn)行了圖像處理，將算法1與FISTA算法在圖像復(fù)原的質(zhì)量上進(jìn)行了比較，可以看出，算法1復(fù)原的圖像的視覺效果稍微優(yōu)于FISTA算法復(fù)原圖像的視覺效果。

4 結(jié)語

該文提出了一種新的應(yīng)用于稀疏信號重構(gòu)的加速動(dòng)量梯度投影法，即把負(fù)梯度方向與動(dòng)量項(xiàng)的凸組合作為搜索方向。通過數(shù)值試驗(yàn)的比較，該方法在圖像復(fù)原的質(zhì)量上與FISTA相當(dāng)，但比FISTA收斂速度快，CPU時(shí)間更少。該文的方法是有效的。但其收斂速度還有待研究。
