雄安新區(qū)如今已過滿月，千年大計藍(lán)圖漸清晰。2017年4月1日，新華通訊社受權(quán)發(fā)布：中共中央、國務(wù)院決定設(shè)立河北雄安新區(qū)（the Xiongan New Area） 這是黨中央深入推進(jìn)京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展（joint development）、有序疏解北京非首都功能（orderly relief the non- capital function of Beijing； gut the city of all functions unrelated to its status as the national capital）、謀求區(qū)域發(fā)展的新路子， 打造經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展新的增長極（pole of growth） 的重大決策部署（a significant strategic decision），是千年大計（a project of vital and lasting importance）。這一消息迅速成為海內(nèi)外關(guān)注的焦點（focus of attention）。

被稱為“ 標(biāo)桿之城”（the city ofbenchmarking） 的雄安新區(qū)將以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)從高起點起步， 立足當(dāng)前， 著眼長遠(yuǎn)（stand from the present but take a longtermperspective）， 成為改革開放的高地， 創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動（driven through innovation） 將是雄安新區(qū)的發(fā)展基點。

雄安新區(qū)已經(jīng)迎來滿月（completion of its first month of life）。河北省在一個月內(nèi)舉行了多次省級會議，討論雄安新區(qū)的建設(shè)；至少已有9個國家部委發(fā)聲支持（vocally express ones support） 雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)，包括諸多國內(nèi)科研單位、央企總部、產(chǎn)業(yè)巨頭（industrial baron） 等；在地方層面，先后已有8省市政府以及企業(yè)表態(tài)支持雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)，紛紛主動對接（butt joint with） 雄安新區(qū)建設(shè)，按下了推進(jìn)新一輪改革發(fā)展的啟動鍵，推開了一扇嶄新的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展之門。▲
