《芝麻街（Sesame Street）》是美國(guó)公共廣播協(xié)會(huì)（PBS）在上個(gè)世紀(jì)70年代為全美國(guó)兒童制作的一檔兒童教育電視節(jié)目。它使用木偶、動(dòng)畫(huà)和真人表演等各種方式向兒童教授閱讀、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué)、生活常識(shí)等多方面啟蒙知識(shí)。它幫助兒童更好地思考、夢(mèng)想和發(fā)現(xiàn)，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)興趣，加深孩子們對(duì)世界的認(rèn)識(shí)。在四十多年中，《芝麻街》對(duì)幾代人的成長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。Elmo， Ernie， Bert， Grover等木偶形象備受兒童喜愛(ài)。
