把總書記重要講話精神落實在重慶大地上

黨的十八大以來，習近平總書記系列重要講話精神和治國理政新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略，已成為我們?nèi)抗ぷ鞯目傋裱傊笇А＿^去5年的重大成就證明，這一黨的偉大理論創(chuàng)新，已經(jīng)成為推動中國特色社會主義事業(yè)前進的科學指引。

近日，習近平總書記在省部級主要領(lǐng)導干部專題研討班上的重要講話，為黨的十九大勝利召開奠定了重要的政治、思想和理論基礎(chǔ)，對于進一步統(tǒng)一全黨思想認識，決勝全面建成小康社會，奪取中國特色社會主義偉大勝利，為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中國夢不懈奮斗，具有十分重要的指導意義。

去年1月，總書記親臨重慶視察指導工作并發(fā)表重要講話，明確了“一個目標”“兩點定位”“四個扎實”的要求，為重慶改革發(fā)展把脈定向。在重慶召開的推動長江經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展座談會上，總書記強調(diào)“走生態(tài)優(yōu)先、綠色發(fā)展之路”。

當前，學習好、落實好、貫徹好總書記的重要講話精神，是第一位的政治任務。這一期《今日重慶》，我們結(jié)合五大發(fā)展理念中的“綠色”，落腳于“河長”這個具體的點，寄望于通過所呈現(xiàn)的個案，展示我們讓總書記的重要講話精神和對重慶的殷殷囑托在重慶落地生根、開花結(jié)果。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the new country-running ideas and strategies and the spirits of the important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping have become the general guidelines for our work.The significant accomplishments that have been achieved in the past 5 years prove that this great theoretical innovation has become a scientific guidance for promoting the socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Recently,the important speeches that General Secretary Xi Jinping has made on the Workshop for Provincial and Ministerial Officials lay important political,spiritual and theoretical foundations for the 19th National Congress of the CPC and embrace crucial significance for the further unification of Party thoughts,the comprehensive building of a moderately prosperous society,the great victory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the unremitting endeavors for realizing the dream of Chinese nation's rejuvenation.

In January 2016,General Secretary Xi inspected Chongqing and made an important speech which clarified the requirements of “one goal”“two orientations”,and “four steadily”and directed the reform and development of Chongqing.On the Forum of Promoting Yangtze River Economic Belt,General Secretary Xi stressed “the road of ecological priority and green development”.

Currently,the first political commission is to learn and implement the spirits of the important speeches by General Secretary Xi.In this issue of Chongqing Today,by combining the “green”concept of the Five Development Concepts and focusing on the “River Chief”,we look to show how the spirits of the important speeches by General Secretary and his ardent expectations settle down and bear fruit in Chongqing.
