On August 3, 2017, Russian president Putin attended the opening ceremony of a gas processing plant. But why would Putin take the processing plant so seriously?
It was the day when the Russian Amur Gas Processing Plant, undertaken by China’s Gezhouba Corporation, was erected. This is the second large Sino-Russian energy corridor—the source of the eastern Sino-Russian gas pipeline and one of the key programs. The designed capability is 42 billion cubic meters, producing six million cubic meters of helium per year. It will be the biggest gas processing plant in Russia after being constructed.
The headquarter of the contractor China Gezhouba Corporation is located in Wuhan City,Hubei Province.

原來當(dāng)天,由葛洲壩集團(tuán)承建的俄羅斯的阿穆爾天然氣加工廠項(xiàng)目P1標(biāo)段正式開建。這是中俄第二條大型能源走廊——中俄天然氣管道東線的源頭和大型關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目之一,設(shè)計(jì)能力為年加工天然氣420億立方米,年產(chǎn)氦氣600萬立方米,建成后將成為俄羅斯最大的天然氣處理廠。
這么“牛”的承建單位,總部就在湖北武漢。

帕德瑪大橋位于孟加拉國首都達(dá)卡偏西南約40公里處,橫跨帕德瑪河,是孟加拉國國內(nèi)交通的重要支點(diǎn),也是連接中國及東南亞“泛亞鐵路”的重要通道之一。帕德瑪大橋被譽(yù)為孟加拉國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“夢(mèng)想之橋”。而撐起這一夢(mèng)想的正是中國中鐵大橋局。
大橋建成后,天塹變通途。孟加拉國西南部21個(gè)區(qū)與首都達(dá)卡之間將被聯(lián)通,原本7個(gè)多小時(shí)通行時(shí)間將縮短成10分鐘,將結(jié)束孟加拉國南部21個(gè)區(qū)與首都達(dá)卡之間居民千百年來靠擺渡往來的歷史。
拉帕德瑪大橋是公鐵兩用雙層鋼桁梁大橋,下層是雙向四車道公路,下層為單線鐵路,包括6.15公里長(zhǎng)的主橋和3.8公里長(zhǎng)的引橋,工程造價(jià)15.5億美元,折合人民幣96.7億元,是迄今中國企業(yè)中標(biāo)的最大國際橋梁工程,也是孟加拉國最大規(guī)模的基建項(xiàng)目。據(jù)該國經(jīng)濟(jì)界估算,帕德瑪大橋建成將直接拉動(dòng)孟加拉國民生產(chǎn)總值上升1.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
攤開世界地圖,中鐵大橋局在“一帶一路”沿線國家建造的大橋,有十多座,主要分布在東南亞和非洲。
在異國他鄉(xiāng)造大橋,遠(yuǎn)比國內(nèi)艱難。非洲的贊比亞,橋梁工程同時(shí)執(zhí)行南非和美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn),既嚴(yán)格又復(fù)雜。北非的摩洛哥,和中方建筑團(tuán)隊(duì)的分歧,從規(guī)則到標(biāo)準(zhǔn),甚至是工具——比如測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。
從跨江跨海到跨國跨洲,中鐵大橋局以一座座地標(biāo)式橋梁,在“一帶一路”沿線國家撐起新的中國跨度。
Lying to the southwest of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh, the Padma Multipurpose Bridge is 40 kilometers away from the city. The bridge that crosses the Padma River is a critical point in the domestic traffic system and it is also a main pathway of the “Trans-Asian Railway” that connects China and Southeast Asia. The Padma Bridge is honored as a “Dream Bridge” that promotes the social and economic development of Bangladesh. It is China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. that props up this dream.
The bridge that spans the Padma River will convert the natural moat into a thoroughfare. 21 regions in the southwestern part of Bangladesh will be linked with the capital city Dhaka, cutting the seven-hour commuting time down to ten minutes. This will end the hundred-year history of commuting by ferry between the 21 regions and the capital city.
The Padma Bridge is a combined highway and railway bridge. The two-level steel truss bridge will carry a four-lane highway on the upper level and a single-track railway on the lower level. Building this bridge, with the total length of 6150 meters and the spans of 3800 meters, cost 1.55 billion dollars—about RMB 9.67 billion. It is the biggest international bridge project undertaken by Chinese enterprises. It is also the biggest infrastructure project in Bangladesh. According to the estimation,the Padma Bridge will increase the GDP growth of Bangladesh by about 1.5%.
Unfolding the world map, you can see that China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group has built more than ten bridges in countries along “the Belt and Road.” These bridges are mainly located in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Building bridges in foreign countries is far more difficult than in China. In Zambia, Africa, where both the standard of South Africa and the United States are adopted, the construction is rigorous and intricate. In Morocco, North Africa, divergences between local and Chinese construction team occur in various aspects: the regulations, the standards,the tools, and even the measuring systems are different.
中國高鐵已成為中國制造“走出去”的一面旗幟,鐵四院是中國高鐵設(shè)計(jì)的主力軍。
鐵四院,以1996年進(jìn)入尼日利亞市場(chǎng)為起點(diǎn),20年間緊跟國家重大戰(zhàn)略,先后參與建設(shè)非洲、亞洲、南美、歐洲等18個(gè)國家的30多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
2016年10月5日,非洲首條電氣化鐵路亞吉鐵路(埃塞俄比亞—吉布提)通車。它是我國海外首條全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈“中國化”鐵路項(xiàng)目,鐵四院設(shè)計(jì)了吉布提全境線路。
這條鐵路設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速120公里,在國內(nèi)只能算一條普速鐵路。但國外專家前期考察時(shí)質(zhì)疑,當(dāng)?shù)鼗A(chǔ)設(shè)施差、電力短缺、水泥匱乏、成本高昂,中國企業(yè)怎么可能建成?
經(jīng)過15個(gè)月的努力,鐵四院22名技術(shù)人員順利完成吉布提境內(nèi)所有勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)。
深耕海外市場(chǎng),中建三局與各國實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏。
繼拿下“中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊”最大基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目,巴基斯坦白沙瓦至卡拉奇高速公路后,中建三局又中標(biāo)當(dāng)?shù)乩蠣柊⒗R·伊克巴勒國際機(jī)場(chǎng)改擴(kuò)建EPC(設(shè)計(jì)、采購、施工一體化)總承包項(xiàng)目,中標(biāo)額410億盧比,約合人民幣26.4億元。該機(jī)場(chǎng)建成后,將成為巴基斯坦最大的機(jī)場(chǎng),可極大改善當(dāng)?shù)鼗A(chǔ)設(shè)施狀況,有力促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,為中巴兩國互聯(lián)互通和文化友好交流發(fā)揮重要作用。
阿爾及利亞將非洲高度最高、規(guī)模最大的建筑——嘉瑪大清真寺項(xiàng)目,交給了中建三局。
服務(wù)于2015年康斯坦丁阿拉伯文化節(jié)的康斯坦丁3000座劇院項(xiàng)目,也在中建三局建設(shè)者手中拔地而起,成為阿拉伯國際文化節(jié)“跳動(dòng)的心臟”。
截至目前,中建三局海外業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)基本形成高端房建、電力帶動(dòng)工業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施“三線”格局,近三年海外營(yíng)業(yè)收入累計(jì)達(dá)10億美元,業(yè)務(wù)遍布南亞、東南亞、北非等地。
近年來,省聯(lián)投集團(tuán)搶抓“一帶一路”國家戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇,著力從“湖北聯(lián)投”向“世界聯(lián)投”轉(zhuǎn)型。在比利時(shí),中比科技園已于2016年開工建設(shè),建成后將成為中國在歐洲投資的第一個(gè)科技園區(qū),可容納200余家中國企業(yè)進(jìn)駐。

China high-speed railway has become a shining card which marks that “Made in China” has “Gone Out.” China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. is the main force in the designing of China’s high-speed railway.
Entering the Nigerian market in 1996, China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co.,Ltd. has followed the major national strategies over a twenty-year span, taking part in the construction of 30 projects in 18 countries in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe.
On October 5, 2016, the first electric railway in Africa, the Ethio-Djibouti Railway (Ethiopia-Djibouti) was completed. It was the first“sinicized” whole industry chain railway project in a foreign country. China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group designed all the railway lines throughout Djibouti.
The railway was designed to run at 120 kilometers per hour, which is only a standardspeed railway in China. However, the foreign experts raised doubt about the feasibility,considering the poor infrastructure, limited electricity, scarce cement, and high associated costs in the local area. How could Chinese enterprises complete such a project?
After fifteen months of drudgery, all the measurement and design were completed by 22 technicians from China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group.
Deeply exploring foreign markets, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.has achieved win-win cooperation with various countries.
After undertaking the biggest infrastructure project of the “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor,” the Karachi-Peshawar Railway Line,China Construction Third Engineering Bureau won the bid again, undertaking the reconstruction and extension EPC project of AllamaIqbal International Airport (integrating design,purchasing, and construction). The bidding price was 41 billion rupees, about RMB 2.64 billion.Once completed, the airport will be the biggest in Pakistan, improving the local infrastructure,promoting economic development, strengthening Sino-Pakistan cooperation, and boosting cultural communication.
Algeria entrusted the project of building the highest, largest building in Africa—Djamaa el Djaza?r—to China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. The 3000 theaters in Constantine for the 2015 Constantine Arab Cultural Festival—called the “beating hearts”of the festival—were also constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau.
China Construction Third Engineering Bureau has formed their overseas business structure,developing a “three-line pattern” which focuses on high-end house-building projects, power driven industry, and infrastructure. In the last three years, its overseas revenue has reached one billion dollars, with projects expanding to South Asia, Southeast Asia and North Africa.
In recent years, the United Investment Group has seized opportunities brought by the national strategy, “the Belt and the Road,” focusing on transferring from “Hubei united investment”to “world united investment.” In Belgium, the construction of China-Belgium Technology Center(CBTC) started in 2016. Upon completion, it will be the first European technology center invested by a Chinese enterprise. The center is expected to hold more than 200 Chinese enterprises.
In Russia, United Investment Group-Fuhan Wood Industry built the China-Russia Tomsk Wood Industrial and Trade Cooperation Zone,gaining forty-year administration authority of forests spanning 5000 square kilometers and supplying Chinese market. In Vanuatu, a Pacific island nation located in the South Pacific Ocean, United Investment Group focuses ondeveloping the catering industry, hotel industry,tourism infrastructure, and other supporting services, taking advantage of the abundant wood,agriculture, and tourism resources in the country.
Karachi-Peshawar Railway Line 巴基斯坦白沙瓦至卡拉奇高速公路
On January 12, 2017, Hubei United Investment Group launched the first project in Australia,holding the opening ceremony of the United Investment Elegance in China. On March 25, the project started in Gold Coast. That is to say, United Investment Group had extended its business to Australia after making investment in Russia and Belgium. On the path of “Going global,” United Investment Group is moving another step forward.
In 2010, Huaxin Cement cast eyes to the foreign market, becoming the forerunner of China cement industry that “go global.” In August, 2013, the Huaxin Cement Plant in Tajikistan began operation,becoming the first oversea plant invested by Chinese cement company. In 2013 and 2014, the company was honored as “The 2013 Best Industrial Enterprise in Tajikistan” and “The Most Socially Responsible Enterprise” by Tajikistan government consecutively. This uplifted the image of Chinese enterprises in the world market. In September,2014, witnessed by President Emomali Rakhmon,the CEO of Huaxin Cement, Li Yeqing, signed the agreement with government official of Tajikistan.The Soget Project was started.
In the Soget Project, the cement production line used was independently researched and developed by Huaxin Cement. Also, the first 25 megawatt coal-fired power unit and pure lowtemperature cogeneration project were built. The localization rate of large scale equipment reached 100%, signifying the Huaxin-made equipment with independent intellectual property rights is heading toward the world.
On March 23, 2016, the second production line which could produce one million ton cement clinker annually was put into operation.
According to the plan, the number of its oversea projects will reach 10 by 2020.

The footprints of Hubei Hongyuan Power Engineering Co., Ltd. can be seen in the 40 Latin American countries and regions along “the Belt and Road”;
CCC Second Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. won various projects in “the Belt and Road” program. The total worth of the contracts reached RMB 4.5 billion;
Dongfeng Motor Corporation initiated its Russia flagship store in Moscow, which became the first car shop of Chinese motor enterprises in Russia;
Angel Yeast Co., Ltd. set up shops in Egypt and Russia,adding “the Hubei Flavor” to bread over half of the world;
Tri-ring Group purchased the biggest Polish bearing manufacturing company, KFLT,and planned to rise among the top ten bearing manufacturing company in the world...

2016年3月23日,華新水泥在塔吉克斯坦建設(shè)的第二條年產(chǎn)100萬噸水泥熟料新型干法生產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn)。
按照計(jì)劃,到2020年,華新水泥的海外項(xiàng)目將達(dá)到10個(gè)。
