城市書房是與小康社會發(fā)展水平相適應(yīng)的公共文化布局、環(huán)境和服務(wù)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級，提升了圖書館的社會地位，為業(yè)界提供了可復(fù)制、可借鑒的辦館模式。

日前的一個傍晚，筆者途經(jīng)金華“悅讀吧”，小屋燈火通明，透過落地玻璃窗，只見室內(nèi)眾多人或手書一卷，或奮筆疾書。這是金華市今年初首批開放的兩家“悅讀吧”之一的東苑分館?！?4小時全天候開放，就像是讀者的‘專用書房?！笔忻裢蹙дf。

“讓我有了‘家的感覺”

“悅讀吧”實行全智能操作，通過自助借還機借書、還書，既可以將書借走，也可以坐下來舒適地閱讀學(xué)習(xí)，也可在金華圖書館網(wǎng)站上續(xù)借，實現(xiàn)“通借通還”。

家住華園小區(qū)的楊大伯表示，有了這樣的“悅讀吧”，對他們這些愛看書的人來說，實在太方便了。來自貴州的小劉，在金華工作多年，以往工作之余最大的苦惱就是感覺業(yè)余時間無處可去?！坝辛恕異傋x吧，讓我有了‘家的感覺。我?guī)缀趺刻焱砩隙家獊?，既享受心靈的寧靜，又能及時‘充電?！毙⒄f。

金華圖書館館長孫旭霞介紹，金華在2017年初開辦了兩家“悅讀吧”，至今，讀者人數(shù)和借還圖書率超過了同期市圖書館本部。她說，為滿足閱讀人群的需求，后來又有兩家“悅讀吧”建成開放。

“悅讀吧”的成功運行，大大激發(fā)了廣大讀者與企事業(yè)單位參與公共文化建設(shè)的熱情，他們先后與金華市文廣新局接洽，要求合辦“悅讀吧”，市文廣新局也正式出臺政策，面向社會公開征求共建自助圖書館的合作伙伴，讓更多“悅讀吧”愉悅百姓精神文化生活。

當(dāng)城市沉入夜晚，同一片星空下的金華義烏市，鬧市中有一處地方透出明亮的燈光。燈光照射在書桌上，大四學(xué)生沈婷正托著一本輔導(dǎo)書，沉浸其中。一旁，幾個學(xué)生模樣的年輕人正低頭伏案，筆尖沙沙作響。臨街的書房與熙熙攘攘的鬧市互相映襯，生活中充滿醉人的書香。

這是位于義烏市區(qū)的自助圖書館，2015年以來，24小時開放。“穿行在開放式的木質(zhì)書架間，沉浸在5000冊藏書中，甚至忘記了時間。”讀者王建軍說。

“只需憑市民卡刷卡進入，選好書后在內(nèi)閱讀，也可在自助借還機上按屏幕提示的操作程序進行外借。借書—確定—完成、還書—確定—完成，自助借還書系統(tǒng)屏幕上的三個頁面按順序切換，僅花半分鐘，就可以借到幾本心儀的圖書?！边@是義烏六中學(xué)生傅金明的快樂體驗。

“讓浮躁的人生安靜下來”

在嘉興海寧市南關(guān)廂歷史文化街區(qū)，有一座粉墻黛瓦、門匾題“書香驛站”的仿古小屋，這是該市于2015年12月開放的24小時自助圖書館。據(jù)海寧圖書館館長王麗霞介紹，這里常備2300余冊圖書，其中兒童讀物200余冊，基本涵蓋了所有圖書類別；這里有舒適的座椅和書桌，讀者可以坐在屋里閱讀，也可以通過自助借還機借書或還書；這里還設(shè)有電子書借閱機，能提供3000冊電子書的免費下載。

“書香驛站”不設(shè)專人現(xiàn)場看管，萬一書籍丟失怎么辦？王麗霞表示，“書香驛站”有專門的借閱證，憑之出入，我們相信來這里看書的讀者不會私自帶出圖書?！澳详P(guān)廂‘書香驛站通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備在總館進行調(diào)控，根據(jù)實際借閱情況調(diào)整站內(nèi)圖書，讓大家能輕松借到自己想讀的書?！彼f。

一張身份證，再加上100元押金，就可以在書房里呆上一整天。2017年2月底，位于麗水青田縣的縣圖書館一樓24小時城市書房對外營業(yè)，吸引了眾多讀者，他們說得最多的是：“讓浮躁的人生安靜下來?！?/p>

今年大學(xué)畢業(yè)的陳家楊將備戰(zhàn)公務(wù)員省考的地點選在此地。他說，相較圖書館二樓閱覽室，這里的時間更靈活自由，對讀者來說也更便捷。

這家城市書房可供免費借閱的書籍達7000多冊，文學(xué)、歷史、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生和職場勵志等書籍都有。清幽雅致的讀書環(huán)境和不受束縛的閱讀時間，讓眾多市民朋友心生向往。

浙江城市書房的建設(shè)，最早在2013年2月，由臺州市圖書館設(shè)館內(nèi)24小時自助閱覽室，面積350平方米，含閱覽位40個，藏書3萬多冊。2016年，臺州借創(chuàng)建國家公共文化服務(wù)體系示范區(qū)契機，將24小時自助圖書館建設(shè)工作全面展開?！敖刂?016年底，共完成20家建設(shè)，累計新增實體圖書館面積4000平方米，提供流通圖書27萬冊，一個全方位多輻射的24小時自助圖書館服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)初步形成?！迸_州市圖書館館長毛旭告訴筆者。

“讓內(nèi)心特別充實、恬靜、愜意”

24小時自助圖書館，在浙江各地的城市街頭已成為一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。城市書房的正式創(chuàng)建起步于溫州。2014年世界讀書日前夕，北京三聯(lián)韜奮書店推出的24小時不打烊服務(wù)，引起了溫州圖書館館長胡海榮的思考：如何建設(shè)城市閱讀陣地新形態(tài)，讓市民“人人享有，時時享有”圖書館的便捷服務(wù)？剛好，舊城改造，溫州圖書館遷入新館，老館作為分館建起首家館外24小時自助圖書館，簡便的借閱方式、舒適的閱覽環(huán)境，配以豐富的藏書，迅速成為市民看書學(xué)習(xí)的理想場所，社會反響之好出乎預(yù)料。以此為起點，24小時全天候開放的圖書閱覽空間在溫州推廣開來，并命名為“城市書房”。

來自江西贛州的胡志生在溫州打拼了近十年，有一次在街頭偶遇鹿城區(qū)一家“城市書房”，“從此就喜歡上了這里的閱讀環(huán)境?？磿哿耍纯创巴廛囁R龍，鮮明的對比，讓內(nèi)心感到特別充實、恬靜、愜意?！?/p>

于2016年12月開館的“甌悅書屋”是全國首家展示華僑文化的精品書屋，位于“最美僑鄉(xiāng)”溫州市甌海區(qū)麗岙街道，也是該區(qū)圖書館的分館，明亮的落地窗、木質(zhì)桌椅、香檳色臺燈，溫馨舒適的環(huán)境讓當(dāng)?shù)刈x者流連忘返。這座以歐式風(fēng)格打造的書屋，引入了咖啡業(yè)主入駐，無論裝潢還是內(nèi)容布置上均“洋氣”十足，2.5萬冊的藏書，讓它傲居全市圖書館分館藏書量榜首。甌海圖書館館長陳小平介紹說，這家配合麗岙濃郁僑鄉(xiāng)文化打造的書屋，已成為小鎮(zhèn)人氣最旺、利用率最高的休閑文化場所，同時這里也作為溫州市僑務(wù)文化基地，是麗岙華僑的文化活動基地。endprint

溫州不僅是浙江城市書房的創(chuàng)建地，而且已經(jīng)把目光投向廣大鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)。今年，溫州以“甌悅書屋”為模板，在接壤鄉(xiāng)村片區(qū)建設(shè)城市書房的延伸版——百姓書屋，為群眾再打造新閱讀平臺，讓城鄉(xiāng)居民能夠均等共享政府提供的優(yōu)質(zhì)公共文化服務(wù)。

Souls Retreat： Zhejiangs City Reading Rooms Campaign

‘City Reading Room” is an enhanced version of urban library services， reflective of the upgrading of a citys public service and providing a reproducible mode for urban planners in library management and other endeavors.

Brightly lit and open 24 hours， the Dongyuan branch， one of the two newly opened reading rooms in Jinhua City， has always been packed with readers. The all-smart reading room provides a cozy reading space for people in need of an undisturbed reading time and renewal services on the website of Jinhua Library.

“For bookworms like me， the ‘reading room just touches the spot，” commented a local resident living in the nearby Huayuan Community. For Liu， a man who migrated from Guizhou many years ago， the ‘reading room is his favorite ‘nightlife venue. “I feel at home here and Id come here almost every evening，” remarked the migrant.

Sun Xuxia， Director of Jinhua Library， revealed that at the two ‘reading rooms that opened earlier this year， books move much faster than at the Jinhua Library. The library has launched two more reading rooms to meet the growing need of the locals.

The success of the project is triggering a new wave of enthusiasm of the public， enterprises and public institutions in contributing to the development of public cultural facilities. The local broadcasting and entertainment authority has worked out a series of policies to solicit partnership for adding more reading rooms to the citys urban areas.

Shen Ting， who is now in her last year at college， enjoys every minute of her reading time at the self-service ‘reading room which was opened in 2015 in downtown Yiwu City.

“This is the place where I can make time stand still and take in the fragrance of a collection of 5，000 volumes of books，” says metaphorically Wang Jianjun.

“I can swipe my Citizen Card to get in and enjoy reading for as long as I can. The books are checked back into the Jinhua Library through a self-serviced machine， and the process of checking out what you want to read takes less than a minute，” shares Fu Jinming， a student at Yiwu No. 6 High School.

Opened in 2015， the reading room in the Nanguanxiang Historical Block in downtown Haining， Jiaxing provides 2，300 volumes of books for in-house reading and 3，000 electronic books for free downloading. The operation of the place is monitored by its headquarters.endprint

With ones identification card and a deposit of 100 yuan， one can spend a whole day at a reading room of the Qingtian County Library. Opened in February of 2017， the reading room has drawn an army of fans. For many， it serves as a perfect getaway from urban headaches.

“The convenience and flexibility makes it an ideal place for me to get ready for my examinations，” says Chen Jiayang， a college student.

Taizhou in southern Zhejiang began to implement the provinces ‘city room project in 2013. According to Mao Xu， Director of Taizhou Library， people in Taizhou are now served by a total of 20 reading rooms.

“For me， it was love at first sight. The serenity here is an antidote to the urban hubbub outside， filling my heart with peace and comfort，” recalled Hu Zhisheng， who migrated from neighboring Jiangxi Province to Wenzhou， Zhejiang for a better life. For him and many other outlanders in the city， the reading rooms are a soul retreat.

Opened in December， 2016， Ouyue Bookstore is the countrys first one dedicated to overseas Chinese culture. Located in Liao in the citys Ouhai District - a famous hometown of overseas Chinese， the bookstore with a European architectural style and a collection of 25，000 volumes of books is also a branch of the district library. According to Chen Xiaoping， Director of Ouhai Library， the bookstore has become the favorite leisure and cultural venue of the town people.endprint
