Born in Guilin City， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 1955， Zhang Weiping graduated from Zhejiang Academy of Art （ Now China Academy of Art ） with the major of Chinese traditional paintings in 1984. After graduation， he stayed on the campus as a teacher and now he is a professor in Chinese traditional painting school of China Academy of Art.
張偉平，1955年生于桂林，祖籍永福。1984年畢業(yè)于浙江美術(shù)學(xué)院國(guó)畫系山水專業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位；1997年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院國(guó)畫系山水研究生專業(yè)，獲碩士學(xué)位，并留校任教。20O2年獲教授職稱，現(xiàn)為中國(guó)美術(shù)學(xué)院國(guó)畫系教授。
