在十九大報(bào)告中，關(guān)于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，有對(duì)過(guò)去5年的客觀總結(jié)：高鐵、公路、橋梁、港口、機(jī)場(chǎng)等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)快速推進(jìn)，也有對(duì)未來(lái)的精準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃：加強(qiáng)水利、鐵路、公路、水運(yùn)、航空、管道、電網(wǎng)、信息、物流等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)。甚至，十九大報(bào)告中明確提出了建設(shè)“交通強(qiáng)國(guó)”。

關(guān)于交通，古人曾有“蜀道難，難于上青天”的嗟嘆，亦有“客路青山外，行舟綠水前”的詩(shī)意描述。而十九大報(bào)告為我們描繪的前景，更美，更值得期許。

十九大開(kāi)幕前一個(gè)多月，重慶市委常委會(huì)議專題研究部署開(kāi)展全市交通建設(shè)“三年會(huì)戰(zhàn)”工作，強(qiáng)調(diào)全市各級(jí)各部門要深學(xué)篤用習(xí)近平總書記視察重慶重要講話精神，牢牢把握總書記對(duì)重慶“兩點(diǎn)定位”的重要指示，搶抓戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇，補(bǔ)齊交通短板，按下“快進(jìn)鍵”，跑出“加速度”，干出“好成績(jī)”。

新時(shí)代，新思想，新征程……從十九大報(bào)告中，我們欣喜地讀到這些詞匯。很多受訪者面對(duì)媒體，緊緊圍繞這些令人振奮的詞匯，暢談感受，憧憬未來(lái)。

重慶，也在腳踏實(shí)地地積極行動(dòng)，踏上新征程，譜寫新篇章。不久前，我們深入交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)工地，實(shí)地采訪公路、鐵路、港口碼頭、橋梁隧道建設(shè)。

從一線帶回的這些故事，也許更為具象地傳達(dá)了重慶“內(nèi)暢外聯(lián)”的務(wù)實(shí)實(shí)踐。

The report on the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) concluded the development of infrastructure construction during the past five years: the construction of high-speed railways, highways, bridges, ports, airports, and other types of infrastructure has picked up pace. Besides, the report also made a precise plan for the future, namely, strengthening the network construction of such infrastructure as water conservancy, railway, highway, water transport, aviation, pipeline, power system, information and logistics.

In addition, the report stated clear its aim of building a “Traffic Power”.

In respect of traffic condition, an ancient poem sighed for it,“It’s easier to climb to heaven than take the Sichuan Road.” There was also a poetic depiction: a boat goes by green mountains high, and passes through the river blue. Fortunately, the 19th Congress of the Communist Party of China provided us with a more glorious and promising prospect.

A month before the opening of the 19th Congress, members of the Standing Committee of Chongqing Municipal Committee held a special meeting to deploy and conduct a 3-year traffic construction in Chongqing and stressed that departments at all levels shall keep in mind what President Xi said during his visit to Chongqing. A firm grip should be taken to the vital instructions of “Two Positions”proposed by President Xi. In addition, we must seize the strategic opportunity and address weak lines on traffic so as to speed up construction and achieve greatness.

To our delight, such inspiring words as a new era, new ideas and a new journey were mentioned in this report. Many people, when interviewed, also spoke glowingly of their feelings and had a great longing for a bright future.

Chongqing is taking positive actions to set on a new journey for its new chapter. Recently, we got down to some infrastructure construction sites to conduct field investigations of construction on highways, railways, ports, docks, bridges and tunnels.

Those stories from the front line may vividly convey the notionof smooth traffic ii Chongqing and unimpeded communications outside Chongqing.
