EDITOR’S NOTE

On July 3, 2018, the release ceremony of the Chinese version of "Territories Intelligents" was successfully held at the Instituto Cervantes in Beijing. The author of the book, the Spanish master, Mr. Alfonso Vegara, gave an exciting presentation at the meeting. It was honored for me to be invited to participate in a panel with Mr. Alfonso. A “Diamond” model for the future cities and its beautiful pictures he proposed is quete impressive. Here, I am grateful to Mr.Alfonso Vegara for contributing this article; I would also like to thank Mr.Alex Camprubi, the curator of the Chinese version of the book.

In this issue [U·Talk], “Interview with the Director” interviewed Mr. Hu Wantai, Vice Director of Chongqing Planning and Natural Resources Bureau.From the perspective of city managers, he described the identities and attractions of the mountain city of Chongqing. Thank you Mr. Wan Wantai for his wonderful story.

The article "Urban micro scale tools" published in the [Space Syntax] column is by Professor Akkelies van Nes from Norway and Manuel J. J. López from the Netherlands. The article describes a method to measure the relationship between private and public Space. Thanks for support of this journal.

2018年7月3日，《未來之城—卓越城市規(guī)劃與城市設(shè)計》中文版首發(fā)式學(xué)術(shù)交流會在北京塞萬提斯學(xué)院成功舉辦。該書的作者西班牙規(guī)劃大師阿方索先生在會上作了精彩的學(xué)術(shù)演講。我有幸受邀參加與阿方索先生的對談。他提出的未來城市“鉆石”結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)域空間發(fā)展模式令人印象深刻。在此，特別感謝阿方索（Alfonso Vegara）先生為本刊撰稿；還要感謝該書中文版的總策劃人路斌（Alex Camprubi）先生的引薦。

本期[U·說]“局長訪談”欄目采訪了重慶市規(guī)劃和自然資源局副局長扈萬泰先生。他從城市管理者的視角講述了山城重慶的特色與魅力。感謝扈萬泰先生的精彩講述。

本刊[空間句法]欄目刊登的《城市微尺度工具》一文是由來自挪威的內(nèi)斯教授（Akkelies van Nes）和荷蘭的洛佩茲先生（Manuel J.J.López）。文章闡述了一種測量私人和公共空間關(guān)系的方法。感謝他們對本刊的大力支持。
