      摘要:在無線能量傳輸系統(tǒng)中,兩個(gè)線圈之間的互感系數(shù)是影響傳輸效率的關(guān)鍵性因素之一。當(dāng)兩個(gè)線圈之間的相對(duì)空間位置變化時(shí),對(duì)不同空間位置下兩個(gè)線圈之間互感系數(shù)的計(jì)算就顯得尤為重要。針對(duì)多層平面螺旋圓線圈,基于聶以曼公式提出了一種改進(jìn)的互感系數(shù)的理論計(jì)算方法。計(jì)算出兩個(gè)線圈之間出現(xiàn)軸心偏移、橫向偏移以及角度偏移情況下的互感系數(shù),并與有限元仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了所提出理論計(jì)算方法的正確性。該計(jì)算方法可以計(jì)算任意空間位置下多層平面螺旋線圈之間的互感系數(shù),而且適用于螺線管線圈和單層平面螺旋線圈,為線圈的設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化提供了理論依據(jù)。

      An Improved Method for Calculation of Mutual Inductance at Arbitrarily Spatial Location

      Abstract: In the wireless power transfer system, the mutual inductance between two coils is one of the key factors affecting transfer efficiency. The calculation of the mutual inductance between two coils is especially important when the relative spatial location varies. In this paper, an improved calculation method based on Neumann formula for the mutual inductance calculation between multi-layer planar spiral coils is presented. The mutual inductance coefficients between two coils under axial offset, lateral displacement and angular misalignment are calculated and compared with the results of finite element simulation and experimental measurement, and the correctness of the proposed theoretical calculation method is verified. This calculation method can be used to calculate the mutual inductance between the multi-layer planar spiral coils in arbitrary space position and applied to helical coil and single-layer planar spiral coil, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of coils.

      基于單片機(jī)控制的毛細(xì)管流量特性研究

      摘要:毛細(xì)管是一種使用廣泛的節(jié)流裝置,由于毛細(xì)管管內(nèi)液體層流與非層流運(yùn)動(dòng)的存在,使得其流量計(jì)算較為復(fù)雜。針對(duì)液體經(jīng)過毛細(xì)管的流體特性,設(shè)計(jì)出了一套毛細(xì)管流量差壓控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)以單片機(jī)作為控制器,通過控制微型氣泵為毛細(xì)管兩端提供恒定壓強(qiáng)差,并由壓力傳感器進(jìn)行毛細(xì)管兩端壓強(qiáng)檢測,探索出了毛細(xì)管差壓流量特性,為不同條件下毛細(xì)管的選取提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)方法。

      Study of Capillary Flow Characteristics Based on Microcomputer Control

      Abstract: Capillary is a kind of widely used throttling device. Because of the existence of liquid laminar and non-laminar flow in capillary tube, the flow calculation is more complicated. In view of the fluid characteristics of the liquid through the capillary, a capillary flow differential pressure control system is designed, which explores the characteristics of capillary differential pressure flow. A experiment method is provided for the selection of capillary in different conditions. The system takes the single-chip microcomputer as the controller.By controlling the micro-air pump, constant pressure difference is provided for both ends of the capillary tube. Pressure sensors are used for pressure detection at both ends of the capillary tube.

      摘要:慣導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)是精確制導(dǎo)武器中不可或缺的重要組成部分。在戰(zhàn)術(shù)級(jí)或小型化產(chǎn)品上通常要對(duì)每個(gè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行單獨(dú)溫度誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)却胧┮砸种骗h(huán)境溫度的影響。因此在生產(chǎn)線上,需要對(duì)光纖陀螺慣導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的測溫部件進(jìn)行專門的標(biāo)定,通過調(diào)整環(huán)節(jié)使其與基準(zhǔn)溫度源的誤差保持在一定的要求范圍內(nèi)。通過對(duì)測溫電路的分析,提出來一種測溫電路調(diào)試方法,對(duì)三溫度點(diǎn)測試法得到的測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行線性擬合,結(jié)合調(diào)試電阻對(duì)擬合曲線的斜率和截距的影響關(guān)系調(diào)整調(diào)試電阻的大小,即可快速完成測溫電路的調(diào)試。實(shí)際測試證明該方法是可行的。

      Working Principle Analysis and Application of Temperature Measuring Circuit Based on Silicon Triode

In a tactical or miniaturized product, individual temperature error compensation and other measures are usually used to suppress the influence of ambient temperature. Therefore, it is necessary in the production lines to calibrate the temperature measuring components of fiber optic gyroscope inertial navigation system and keep the error with the reference temperature source within a certain range through the adjustment. Based on the analysis of temperature measuring circuit, a debugging method is put forward for the rapid adjustment of the temperature measuring circuit, which adopts threetemperature-point test method to measure temperatures, performs the linear fitting of the test data, and adjusts the debug resistance combined with the influence of the debugging resistance on the slope and intercept of the fitted curve. The test results show that the method is feasible.

      一種基于AVR單片機(jī)控制的武術(shù)擂臺(tái)機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)

      摘要:簡要概述了中國機(jī)器人大賽武術(shù)擂臺(tái)賽的參賽機(jī)制,詳細(xì)介紹了比賽用機(jī)器人的硬件平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),著重對(duì)武術(shù)擂臺(tái)賽無差別1vs1項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行策略分析,并給出軟件設(shè)計(jì)。從實(shí)踐結(jié)果來看,設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)器人能夠很好的完成自主登臺(tái)、邊緣檢測、攻擊敵人等動(dòng)作。從比賽結(jié)果來看,該機(jī)器人具有很好表現(xiàn)并取得了優(yōu)異成績,證明了本文硬件設(shè)計(jì)與策略的正確性。

      Design of A Martial Art Robot Based on AVR SCM

      Abstract: The mechanism of China Robot Competition is reviewed briefly.The hardware platform structure of the competing robot- "Creative Star" is designed. The strategy analysis of the no-difference-in-level 1 vs1 project is focused and the software design is given. The practical results show that the robot designed can complete well the actions such as autonomous stage, edge detection and attacking the enemy. And the competition results show that the robot has performed well and has achieved excellent results, which proves the correctness of the hardware and strategy.

      摘要:在整個(gè)電子通信過程中,抗干擾是確保通信質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ),強(qiáng)化抗干擾措施是提升電子通信質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,而接地技術(shù)是保障抗電子干擾有效性的重要技術(shù),對(duì)電子通信過程中的電子干擾問題進(jìn)行分析,提出解決措施,闡述抗干擾措施的接地方式、原理和要求等基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容,并以期滿足電子通信工程的要求。

      Discussion on Electronic Interference in Electronic Communication Engineering

      Abstract: In the whole process of electronic communication, anti-interference is the basis of ensuring the quality of communication, strengthening antiinterference measures is the key to improving the quality of electronic communication. And grounding technology is an important technology to ensure the effectiveness of anti-electronic interference. The electronic interference in the process of electronic communication is analyzed, and some solutions are put forward to meet the requirements of electronic communication engineering. The grounding modes, principles and requirements of the antiinterference measures are expounded in this paper.

      摘要:當(dāng)前,試驗(yàn)控制系統(tǒng)大多采用分系統(tǒng)單獨(dú)控制,導(dǎo)致試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的信息化、自動(dòng)化程度較低。隨著大推力液體火箭工程的推進(jìn),以及硬件設(shè)備的升級(jí)換代,試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)可靠性需要達(dá)到更高的水平,特別是多環(huán)節(jié)、多狀態(tài)、多參數(shù)的少人值守環(huán)境。為了有效提高系統(tǒng)的可靠度,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于冗余S7-417H PLC的液體火箭試驗(yàn)雙機(jī)雙工并聯(lián)冗余控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)其硬件、外圍保護(hù)電路、抗干擾防錯(cuò)軟件、冗余以太網(wǎng)方面的措施方法進(jìn)行說明,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備硬件可靠性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化計(jì)算。

      Design and Reliability Index Computation of Liquid Rocket Test Control System

      Abstract: At present, most of test control systems are controlled separately by subsystems, which leads to the low degree of automation and information. With the development of large thrust liquid rocket engineering and the upgrading of hardware equipments, the reliability of the test systems must reach a higher level, especially for the applications with less operators in multi-links, multistates and multi-parameters envirment. A dual-machine parallel redundancy control system based on redundant s7-417h PLC for liquid rocket tests is designed in this paper.Some ways to improve system reliability including hardware, peripheral protection circuits, anti-interference and error prevention software, redundant Ethernet are explained. And also, the hardware reliability indexes of the key system equipment are quantified.
