The 3 best conditions for observing aurora are: high latitude areas(preferably close to or within the Arctic Circle), suburbs far away from urban light pollution,and clear cloudless nights. If you go to Norway to chase the aurora, the following four places are recommended: Tromso,Lofoten Islands, North Point and Westlung Islands. From the end of September to the end of March of next year, from 6:00 p.m.to 1:00 a.m., it is the best time to watch the aurora borealis. If you are interested, don't miss it.

根據(jù)泰國(guó)政府憲報(bào)網(wǎng)站的公告，2018年11月15日至2019年1月13日期間，對(duì)包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的21個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的游客在入境泰國(guó)辦理有效期為15天的落地簽證時(shí)，將不用繳納每人2000泰銖（約合421元人民幣）的簽證費(fèi)。

Thailand plays its trump card and exempts Chinese tourists from landing visa fees!

According to the announcement on the Thai government’s gazette website, from November 15,2018 to January 13, 2019, tourists from 21 countries and regions, including China, will not have to pay a visa fee of 2,000 baht (RMB 421 yuan) per person when entering Thailand for a landing visa valid for 15 days.
