Reuters has released a new survey report 2019, New Faces of Chinese Cosmetics on Chinese cosmetic consumption.Hundreds of cosmetic consumers in developed cities across the country have been interviewed.The study found that domestic cosmetic consumers' consumption preferences are shifting from well-known cosmetic products to little-known new brands, among which they are more willing to pay for organic products.In the report, there are obvious differences in the retail experience preferences of different age groups.For example, consumers over 35 prefer listening to salesperson's recommendation, while those close to 25 prefer to be alone and interact less with shop assistants when shopping.
