“建設(shè)山清水秀美麗之地”“綠水青山就是金山銀山”，這是我們經(jīng)常聽到的兩句話。它們既是為我們定下的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，也是為我們制定的發(fā)展理念。這兩句話聯(lián)在一起，又準(zhǔn)確地道出了本期主題的兩個關(guān)鍵詞“美麗”和“經(jīng)濟”之間，有機的聯(lián)系、科學(xué)的規(guī)律。

創(chuàng)造美麗，也是創(chuàng)造價值；留住傳統(tǒng)，也留住了未來。在身邊，我們看到的是：兩江四岸的治理正在提升城市品質(zhì)，一朵小小的臘梅帶動了一個城的花木產(chǎn)業(yè)成長，一個300年歷史的古寨，又如何在傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代的結(jié)合中，打造著現(xiàn)代版的“富春山居圖”……

我們通過這些案例，講述的是一個發(fā)展經(jīng)濟創(chuàng)造幸福的故事，也是一個留住綠色創(chuàng)造美麗的故事。

“八項行動計劃”實施已經(jīng)一年多了，“生態(tài)發(fā)展，綠色優(yōu)先”，我們一直在努力，努力實現(xiàn)百姓富與生態(tài)美的有機統(tǒng)一，讓重慶山水“顏值”更高，讓重慶大地“氣質(zhì)”更佳。

The combination of two sentences offers a clear glimpse into relationship and the laws of science between the two key words "beauty" and "economy".

To create beauty, values will be generated; To inherit tradition, beautiful future is also promised.Looking around, we can see that the quality of the city is improving with the two rivers and four banks governed; A tiny Wintersweet has driven the growth of the flower and tree industry in a city; And how a 300-year-old ancient village is shaping a modern version of "Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains" by combining tradition and modernity...

Through these cases, we're telling more than a story of developing economy and pursuing happiness,but also a story of retaining green and creating beauty.

The "Plan of Eight Actions" scheme has been implemented for more than a year.
