和朋友一塊去紐約免稅店購物，她看上了一個Gucci包包，高端大氣，非常漂亮。她在想要是拿到國內(nèi)就可以到公司顯擺啦。關鍵是，打折厲害。標簽價格是30%off!三折的優(yōu)惠，到手只要6，000多！那可真是太劃算了。這款包包在國內(nèi)可是要3萬多哦。她拿了包包開心地去付款，結果……

售貨員很溫柔地對她說，“Miss,your total bill is 2，162 dollars.”

“What?The original price is 3，088 dollars,but why is a 30%discount so expensive?”

我朋友大吃一驚！3,088美元那不是要2萬多人民幣了？和她想的完全不一樣。為什么會是這樣？

原來，她沒有搞清楚30%的真正含義。在英語中，30%off的意思“30%去掉了”。相當于我們中國的 “七折”。3，088的7折，當然就是2，162了。我朋友還想以926美元的價格拿這個包呢。哈哈！

所以，如果不懂購物的“密語”你就會很尷尬。

一、discount打折

在國外，經(jīng)常會有打折。和國內(nèi)一樣，隨時都有不同花樣的打折。一般標簽架子上都會夸張地貼一個紅色牌子，上面寫著xx%off來表示打折。30%off是指打七折！依次類推，10%discount指 打 九 折 ，20%discount指打八折。

別天真地一看到30%off就兩眼都放光了，以為是打三折！除了這些花樣，店家還有很多“密語”。從包里掏錢之前，一定要仔細看清楚了。

“特價促銷”一般可以用sale、bargain、promotion、haggle來表達。

經(jīng)常使用的打折方式有：

buy one and get one free就是 “買一送一”；

buy two and get one free“買二送一”；

buy one get one 50%off“第二件半價”；

cash back/rebate“滿減”(即達到一定的消費額度，會有一定的現(xiàn)金返還)；

coupon “優(yōu)惠券”（商家提供特定的優(yōu)惠券，券上有打折的方式）。

二、after-sale service售后服務

除了打折的“密語”，我們還要明白國外其他購物的售后“密語”。

1.exchange換貨

國外的商場一般都會提供一定時段內(nèi)的換貨服務。在滿足一定的條件下，顧客可以換貨。當然，你一定要仔細閱讀其條款，不要上當了。

2.refund退款

同樣地，國外購物大多有限制性的退款條款。只有在滿足條款的情況下，才可以退款。
