4月25日至27日，第二屆“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇在北京成功舉行。論壇的主題是“共建‘一帶一路’，開(kāi)創(chuàng)美好未來(lái)”，共有40位國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出席圓桌峰會(huì)。The Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was organized by China in Beijing on April 25-27, 2018, which had the theme “Belt and Road Cooperation:Shaping a Brighter Shared Future”. Leaders of 40 countries and international organizations attended the leaders’roundtable.

瑞士聯(lián)邦主席毛雷爾表示，“一帶一路”倡議為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)新的維度。毛雷爾認(rèn)為，全球化是全球成功發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵，而要實(shí)現(xiàn)全球化，各層次的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)不可或缺。因此“一帶一路”倡議的確是一個(gè)百年大計(jì)，會(huì)為全球化作出貢獻(xiàn)，所有人都能從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施改造升級(jí)中獲益。

The BRI has created a new dimension for the development of the world economy, and its long-term strategic plan is unusual, said President Ueli Maurer of the Swiss Confederation.The Swiss president believed that globalization is the key to successful global development,and to achieve globalization, infrastructure construction at various levels would be indispensable.In this sense, he said, the BRI is a future-oriented project that will contribute to globalization, in which everyone can benefit from improving and upgrading infrastructure.

馬來(lái)西亞總理 馬哈蒂爾

馬來(lái)西亞總理馬哈蒂爾曾多次表示馬來(lái)西亞政府支持“一帶一路”倡議。他相信“一帶一路”能夠加強(qiáng)本地區(qū)國(guó)家和中國(guó)之間的互聯(lián)互通。“要改善國(guó)家間的關(guān)系，縮短相互之間的距離和加快旅行的速度非常重要，”他說(shuō)，“有了這項(xiàng)倡議，我相信會(huì)有更多的船經(jīng)過(guò)馬來(lái)西亞和其他東南亞國(guó)家，進(jìn)而增進(jìn)東南亞與中國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易往來(lái)?！?/p>

For his part, Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad said he had advocated the revival of the ancient Silk Road for a long time and believed the BRI will boost connectivity between China and Southeast Asia. “In the promotion of relations between countries, the distance as well as the speed of travel is very important. With this scheme, I am quite sure more ships will be passing near Malaysia and Southeast Asian countries and therefore it will increase trade between Southeast Asia and China.”

塔吉克斯坦總統(tǒng)拉赫蒙表示，“一帶一路”倡議用一座多邊的橋梁將各國(guó)連在一起，幫我們這個(gè)沒(méi)有出海口的國(guó)家進(jìn)入世界市場(chǎng)，挖掘我們的過(guò)境運(yùn)輸潛力?！耙粠б宦贰背h旨在通過(guò)加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)有機(jī)制構(gòu)建國(guó)際合作新模式，帶動(dòng)沿線國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展。

Tajik President Emomali Rahmon called the Belt and Road a multi-faceted “bridge” which can help unlock the transit potential of the landlocked Central Asian country and enable it to access worldwide markets. “The BRI implies creating a new model of international cooperation by strengthening the existing mechanisms, as well as seeking and implementing new mechanisms, with the aim of stimulating the economic development of countries involved, ” Rahmon said.

捷克總統(tǒng)澤曼說(shuō)，“一帶一路”倡議中包含大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，是一個(gè)非常好的倡議，希望捷克企業(yè)更多參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)，特別是鐵路建設(shè)?！跋Ｍ袣W班列可以通過(guò)捷克連接到德國(guó)等歐洲國(guó)家，希望在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中捷克不要被落下?！?/p>

Calling the BRI a “fantastic infrastructure project,” Czech President Milos Zeman said, “I encourage Czech companies to participate in the construction of the new Silk Road, especially the railway construction.” “My intention is to propose the Czech Republic as one of the possible countries for the communication with European countries. And the Czech Republic will not be omitted in the process,” Zeman said.

意大利總理孔特表示，意大利是首個(gè)加入“一帶一路”倡議的七國(guó)集團(tuán)成員國(guó)。他表示，意大利很高興能抓住這個(gè)歷史機(jī)遇加入“一帶一路”，他堅(jiān)信“一帶一路”將有助于充分挖掘意中合作的潛力。

Italy has become the first Group of Seven member to join the BRI, said Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. Conte said Italy is glad to seize the historic opportunity to join the BRI, adding that he strongly believes that it will help fully explore the potential of Italy-China cooperation.

United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres,who hosted a seminar about green growth at the Belt and Road forum, said the BRI is a “very important opportunity”for the world.With such a huge volume of investment for international cooperation brought about by the BRI, it is a“very important opportunity for enhancing the capacity to implement the sustainable development goals and an important opportunity to launch green perspectives in the years to come,” Guterres said.
