大西洋城會議中心獲LEED綠色建筑認證

ACCC receives LEED Green Building Certification
The Atlantic City Convention Center (ACCC), managed by venue management company Spectra, has been awarded LEED GOLD certification."The Atlantic City Convention Centers LEED certification demonstrates tremendous green building leadership," said Mahesh Ramanujam, president and CEO, USGBC. Jim Wood, president and CEO for Meet AC, added, "Achieving LEED certification is a market differentiator that will position the ACCC in a leading group of venues across the country that value sustainability and its positive impact on the visitor experience, environment, and financial returns. "

Let the audience actively participate
With digitisation, the desire for physical experiences and face-to-face connections is more tangible than ever. This need extends into trade shows, where attendees are hoping to have one-of-a-kind experiences with each other and with representatives from participating brands. Activations can be the answer to actively involve the audience. To successfully create activations at exhibitions, event owners must help guide sponsors who are open and interested in thinking beyond the booth. An effective activation is developed collaboratively with both the organiser and sponsor. For activations to work with the audience, they have to meet an attendee need, should be able to share, bring fun to, and have a connection with the brand.

NAB Show changes dates
The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show has announced that the 2020 edition will be held from April 19 to 22, changing the date pattern for the exhibit floor opening to Sunday through Wednesday. Shifting the dates provides professionals the opportunity to attend NAB Show outside of the busy work week while aligning with our existing education programmes."
