Born in Shengzhou， Zhejiang Province， Xu Eqi graduated from the English Major of Hangzhou University in 1968. He now serves as the council member of China Pen Drawing Alliance， Vice Chairman of Wang Xizhi Research， member of Zhejiang Cartoonist Association， and member of the 9th Shengzhou NPC. He loves pen drawings from childhood. After six decades of practice， he sent artworks to the 3rd， 4th， 5th National Pen Drawing Exhibitions and won grand awards for three times. His artworks were also selected by the 2nd New Pen Drawing Academic Exhibition hosted by the Art Committee of China Artists Association. He also published several academic articles and art critiques on pen drawing. The first professional pen drawing museum was established by him.

徐鄂麒，浙江嵊州人，1968年畢業(yè)于杭州大學(xué)英語專業(yè)。系中國(guó)鋼筆畫聯(lián)盟理事，王羲之研究會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)，浙江省漫畫家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，嵊州市第九屆人大代表。

自幼酷愛繪畫，六十年來堅(jiān)持鋼筆寫生，主攻精細(xì)鋼筆畫研究與創(chuàng)作，作品入展全國(guó)第三、四、五屆鋼筆畫展三次獲得大獎(jiǎng)，并應(yīng)邀在五屆鋼筆畫論壇上作理論發(fā)言，為全國(guó)首屆新鋼畫藝術(shù)節(jié)組委會(huì)特邀簽約畫家，作品入展由中國(guó)美協(xié)藝委會(huì)舉辦的第二屆新鋼筆畫學(xué)術(shù)展。發(fā)表了多篇鋼筆畫理論文章及美術(shù)評(píng)論，出版有《徐鄂麒新鋼筆畫藝術(shù)》。創(chuàng)辦了全國(guó)首家專業(yè)鋼筆畫館。
