摘要：近些年來我國醫(yī)療工作水平不斷提高，全國各類型、各等級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)在數(shù)量、規(guī)模上都取得巨大發(fā)展?？紤]醫(yī)療廢氣具有空間污染，急性傳染和潛伏性污染等特征，結(jié)合醫(yī)療機構(gòu)選址主要集中在人口相對密集的區(qū)域這個特殊現(xiàn)狀情況。這使得醫(yī)療機構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的各類廢氣逐漸成為醫(yī)療機構(gòu)管理工作中的重要內(nèi)容之一。對于醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣污染而言，不僅僅會影響醫(yī)療機構(gòu)自身的醫(yī)療水平，同時也會影響醫(yī)療機構(gòu)周邊區(qū)域居民的身體健康，因此針對這種狀況，必須采取科學合理的措施加強對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣污染的防治，如何做好醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣污染與防護工作，也是檢驗醫(yī)療機構(gòu)管理工作的一個基本因素。目前，國內(nèi)對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣的研究不夠重視，缺乏醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣種類和分析的相關(guān)資料。因此，加強對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣的安全排放處理技術(shù)研究具有實踐意義。

Discussion on the current situation of waste gas generation and disposal in medical institutions

Abstract：In recent years，the level of medical work in our country has been continuously improved，and medical institutions of all types and levels have made great development in quantity and scale.Considering the characteristics of medical waste gas，such as space pollution，acute infection and latent pollution，combined with the special situation that medical institutions are mainly located in densely populated areas.This makes all kinds of waste gas produced by medical institutions gradually become one of the important contents in the management of medical institutions.As for the waste gas pollution of medical institutions，it will not only affect the medical level of the medical institutions themselves，but also affect the health of the residents in the surrounding areas of the medical institutions.Therefore，in view of this situation，we must take scientific and reasonable measures to strengthen the prevention and control of the waste gas pollution of medical institutions，how to do a good job in the waste gas pollution and protection of medical institutions，and also test the management of medical institutions a basic element of work.At present，the research on the exhaust gas of medical institutions in China is not enough attention，and there is a lack of relevant data on the types and analysis of exhaust gas of medical institutions.Therefore，it is of practical significance to strengthen the research on the safe emission treatment technology of waste gas from medical institutions.

1 醫(yī)療機構(gòu)常見的廢氣污染種類及特性

當前階段，根據(jù)醫(yī)療機構(gòu)運營期情況將廢氣主要分為兩大類別：一類為醫(yī)療機構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣，另一類為醫(yī)療機構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣。以下對兩類廢氣的產(chǎn)生及特性進行闡述。

（1）醫(yī)療機構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣，主要包括手術(shù)室及麻醉室產(chǎn)生的廢氣、醫(yī)學實驗過程產(chǎn)生的廢氣、中藥代煎過程產(chǎn)生的廢氣、核醫(yī)學在試劑配制及人體檢查階段產(chǎn)生的廢氣。此類廢氣大多含有不同程度的細菌、病毒和有害物質(zhì)的氣溶膠物質(zhì)，同時含有有機物。不僅污染大氣，危害人體健康;同時也是造成醫(yī)療機構(gòu)內(nèi)外交叉感染和空氣污染的主要原因。

（2）醫(yī)療機構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣，主要包括燃氣鍋爐產(chǎn)生的廢氣、污水處理站收集的臭氣、垃圾中轉(zhuǎn)站及危廢暫存庫收集的臭氣、食堂產(chǎn)生的油煙及停車場產(chǎn)生的廢氣等。

各類別廢氣污染物種類，產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)污染因子如表1所示。

2 醫(yī)療機構(gòu)常見廢氣處理方式

醫(yī)療機構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣特點是成分雜、濃度高、規(guī)模小，同時含有不同程度的細菌、病毒和有害物質(zhì)的氣溶膠物質(zhì)。醫(yī)療機構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣特點是廢氣量大、產(chǎn)生不固定。針對不同特點的廢氣，可采取不同方式的處理方式。

各類別廢氣污染物種類，常見處理方式如表2所示。

3 醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣處置管理存在的問題與建議

通過走訪調(diào)查等方式，發(fā)現(xiàn)目前醫(yī)療機構(gòu)自身管理工作中，對廢氣處置管理存在一些共性問題，具體問題有：廢氣處置設(shè)施日常運維管理不足，活性炭更換不及時，紫外燈損壞維修不及時等;醫(yī)療人員對于廢氣防治重視程度不夠，通風凈化設(shè)備不能及時開啟;設(shè)備運維人員技術(shù)水平不足。

日常管理建議：建立完善廢氣管理制度，針對環(huán)保設(shè)施維護建議專人專崗，定期檢查廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施的運行情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障及時維修，確保廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施正常運行;加強人員宣傳，提高醫(yī)療機構(gòu)人員環(huán)保意識;可以聯(lián)系廠家進行廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施使用運行進行專項使用培訓，同時制作操作手冊，便于查閱。

4 結(jié)束語

目前醫(yī)療機構(gòu)數(shù)量、規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速，但國內(nèi)對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣的研究不夠重視，缺乏醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣種類和分析的相關(guān)資料。醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的發(fā)展同滯后的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣處理的矛盾日益突出。因此，加強對醫(yī)療機構(gòu)廢氣的安全排放處理技術(shù)研究具有實踐意義。
