摘? 要: 傳統(tǒng)高校教育信息化效益評估模型的數據處理量少,因此構建一個云模型數據挖掘算法的高校教育信息化效益評估模型。建立評估指標體系,融合全局評估視角,得到了評估指標的三維結構,通過計算數據的后挖掘概率計算出判決準則,利用該準則對評估體系中的各個指標進行評分,最后計算原始的指標數據矩陣,確定指標隸屬度向量,完成教育信息化效益的評估流程。實驗結果表明,設計的評估模型在完成評估時的數據處理量比傳統(tǒng)模型高出51%,說明設計的評估模型在處理海量數據時的性能比傳統(tǒng)模型更加優(yōu)越。

Construction of university education informatization benefit evaluation model
using cloud model data mining algorithm

Abstract: The traditional informatization benefit evaluation model for university education has a poor data processing capacity, so a university education informatization benefit evaluation model using cloud model data mining algorithm is constructed. An evaluation indicator system is set up and a global evaluation perspective is fused with it to get a 3D structure of evaluation indicator. By calculating the post?mining probability of the data, the judgment criterion is worked out, which is used to score each indicator in the evaluation system. Then, the original indicator data matrix is calculated to determine the indicator membership vector and complete the evaluation process of educational informatization benefit. The experimental results show that the data processing capacity of the designed evaluation model is 51% higher than that of the traditional model in the whole evaluation, which indicates that the performance of the model when processing the massive data is better than that of the traditional model.

為了貫徹“科教興國”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,近些年來我國高校在信息技術上的投資占比巨大,用來支持教學、科研和管理。高校的教育信息化是社會信息化的重要組成部分,這對于提高教學質量、改善科研水平有重要意義[1]。在中國教育信息化蓬勃發(fā)展的同時,如何對高校教育信息化效益進行評估也引起了相關專業(yè)的廣泛關注。傳統(tǒng)的高校教育信息化效益評估模型的數據處理量少[2],因此,本文構建一個云模型數據挖掘算法的高校教育信息化效益評估模型。首先建立評估指標體系,融合全局評估視角,得到了評估指標的三維結構,通過計算數據的后挖掘概率計算出判決準則,利用該準則對評估體系中的各個指標進行評分,最后計算原始的指標數據矩陣,確定指標隸屬度向量,完成教育信息化效益的評估流程。
1? 云模型數據挖掘算法的高校教育信息化效益評估模型的構建
云模型是一種處理定性概念與定量描述的不確定轉換模型[3],將云模型應用在數據挖掘中,能夠分解海量數據。在高校信息化效益的評估過程中,涉及到大量的信息化效益數據,教育信息化效益可以劃分為三大類:教育效益、組織效益和外部效益[4],其詳細示例如表1所示。
