      Cultivate students' awareness of rhetoric

      Teachers should guide students to clarify the concept, nature and situation of rhetoric in English rhetoric, master the operating mechanism of rhetorical behavior, and ensure that students can realize that rhetoric itself is not equivalent to the figure of speech. The core of the curriculum is to master the methods and skills of rhetoric use , Rather than the distinction of rhetoric, because in addition to the rhetoric, the content of rhetoric also includes the choice of words and sentences, style and logical framework. After students have initially grasped the connotation of rhetoric, teachers should go further. From the perspective of general rhetoric, guide students to realize that the color, size, arrangement and even the choice of illustrations are part of the overall rhetoric, so that students can break Narrow rhetoric view, clear rhetoric is not only a micro-level language skill, but also a language strategy that can include the whole.

      Pay attention to the setting of syllabus

      In the written rhetoric teaching, the syllabus should be able to help students better understand the aesthetic organization principles of the English language in terms of word refinement and sentence layout, ensuring that students can fully understand the differences between Chinese and English rhetoric habits, and learn English terminology. The rhetoric characteristics of the article are emphasized, and students are required to combine their own knowledge to complete English essay questions, essays, and course essay writing, and they should focus on the arrangement of teaching content. At the same time, in order to strengthen students' rhetoric analysis and rhetoric appreciation abilities in a relatively short period of time, teaching methods and teaching models should be innovated.
