11月13日，市政府外辦主任章勇武會見來渝出席“2020中國國際貨代物流行業(yè)發(fā)展論壇暨行業(yè)發(fā)展藍(lán)皮書（2019）發(fā)布會”的立陶宛駐華大使館交通專員拉姆納斯·瑞姆庫斯。

章勇武表示，近年來重慶與立陶宛交往日益密切，地方友好深入發(fā)展。尤其是在新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延的背景下，重慶主動發(fā)揮中歐班列（渝新歐）物流大通道作用，在中國郵政和立陶宛郵政及相關(guān)部門的支持協(xié)調(diào)下，順利發(fā)運全國首趟抵達(dá)立陶宛首都維爾紐斯的整列郵包專列—中歐班列（渝新歐）“中國郵政號”，為疏運新冠肺炎疫情期間積壓的國際郵件開辟出了一條新通道。希望雙方以交通物流合作為切入點，不斷拓展延伸在貿(mào)易、投資、高新技術(shù)等方面的交流合作。

瑞姆庫斯對重慶提供的抗疫物資援助和在物流運輸方面提供的寶貴支持表示感謝，愿與重慶繼續(xù)加強對接，鼓勵更多立陶宛企業(yè)來渝尋求投資貿(mào)易合作機會，不斷提升兩地交往合作水平。

On November 13， Zhang Yongwu， Director of Foreign Affairs Office， met with Ramūnas Rimkus， transport attaché of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in China during his visit Chongqing to attend the "2020 China International Freight Forwarding Logistics Industry Development Forum and Industry Development Blue Book （2019） Launch Conference".

Zhang Yongwu said that in recent years， the exchanges between Chongqing and Lithuania have become increasingly closer， and local friendship has gained progress. Especially in the context of the global spread of COVID-19， Chongqing took the initiative to play the role of China-Europe Railway Express （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe） logistics channel. With the support and coordination of China Post and Lithuanian Post and related departments， it successfully shipped the China-Europe Railway Express （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe） "China Post"， the first parcel train to arrive in Vilnius， Lithuanian capital， opened up a new channel for international mail backlog during COVID-19. He hoped that the two parties would continue to expand exchanges and cooperation in trade， investment， high-tech， etc. with transportation and logistics cooperation as the starting point.

Mr. Rimkus expressed gratitude to Chongqing for the aid of anti-epidemic supplies and valuable support in logistics and transportation， and the willingness to further strengthen the interaction with Chongqing， encourage more Lithuanian companies to seek investment and trade cooperation opportunities here， and continue to enhance exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.
