      “一對(duì)一”模式帶教在胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生臨床帶教中的效果評(píng)價(jià)

      [摘要] 目的 評(píng)價(jià)一對(duì)一模式帶教在胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生臨床帶教中的效果。方法 該次實(shí)驗(yàn)將以2017年11月—2019年8月間64名在該院實(shí)習(xí)的胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生作為研究對(duì)象。該次實(shí)驗(yàn)中的所有護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生均為女性,并且實(shí)習(xí)的時(shí)間均是1個(gè)月,兩組實(shí)習(xí)生的帶教老師水平與文化程度等也比較接近。將其隨機(jī)分成兩組,即接受傳統(tǒng)帶教的對(duì)照組與一對(duì)一模式帶教的實(shí)驗(yàn)組。兩組實(shí)習(xí)生均在接受為期1個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)后進(jìn)行考核。該次實(shí)驗(yàn)的參考指標(biāo)為實(shí)習(xí)后理論與操作成績(jī)、實(shí)習(xí)后的就業(yè)率與對(duì)工作的滿意率。結(jié)果 實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)習(xí)生經(jīng)過(guò)教學(xué)后無(wú)論是理論成績(jī)還是操作成績(jī)都要高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組實(shí)習(xí)生就業(yè)率高于對(duì)照組,對(duì)于個(gè)人工作的滿意率87.50%高于對(duì)照組56.25%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中,可以積極應(yīng)用一對(duì)一帶教模式。一對(duì)一模式帶教較傳統(tǒng)帶教方式來(lái)說(shuō)優(yōu)勢(shì)顯著,能夠提高實(shí)習(xí)生的專業(yè)技能,幫助實(shí)習(xí)生獲得更多更滿意的工作機(jī)會(huì),在未來(lái)的胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生臨床帶教工作中值得更加廣泛的應(yīng)用。

      [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of one-to-one model teaching in clinical teaching for nursing interns in thoracic surgery. Methods This experiment will take 64 nursing interns in thoracic surgery who practiced in the hospital from November 2017 to August 2019 as the research objects. All nursing interns in this experiment are women, and the internship time is one month. The level of the teachers and education level of the two groups of interns are also relatively close. ?They were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group receiving traditional teaching and the experimental group receiving one-to-one teaching. Both groups of interns were assessed after receiving a one-month internship. As the reference indicators for this experiment, the theoretical and operational results after the internship, the employment rate after the internship and the satisfaction rate for the job. Results The experimental group's interns were higher than the control group in terms of theoretical and operational scores after teaching, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the experimental group's interns employment rate was higher than the control group's, and their personal satisfaction rate was 87.50% higher than 56.25% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the learning process of nursing trainees in thoracic surgery, one-on-one teaching mode can be actively applied. The one-to-one mode of teaching has significant advantages over traditional teaching methods. It can improve the professional skills of interns and help interns get more and more satisfactory job opportunities. It is worthwhile in the future clinical teaching of thoracic surgery nursing interns, with more extensive applications.

      每位實(shí)習(xí)生都必須經(jīng)歷臨床實(shí)習(xí)的過(guò)程,臨床實(shí)習(xí)是幫助實(shí)習(xí)生將書(shū)本知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變成實(shí)踐操作的一個(gè)過(guò)程。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中實(shí)習(xí)生能夠?qū)ψ约核鶎W(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的整理與查漏補(bǔ)缺,不斷提升自己的專業(yè)技能,從而為自己今后的工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)[1]。對(duì)于護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生而言,臨床實(shí)習(xí)產(chǎn)生的效果與實(shí)習(xí)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力及今后工作的水平有緊密聯(lián)系[2]。所以接受專業(yè)的帶教工作在實(shí)習(xí)生實(shí)習(xí)階段具有重要意義[3]。傳統(tǒng)帶教下,實(shí)習(xí)生沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行自我嘗試,教師無(wú)法了解每位實(shí)習(xí)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況導(dǎo)致實(shí)習(xí)生學(xué)習(xí)水平差異很大。傳統(tǒng)帶教往往是由1位帶教老師負(fù)責(zé)所有的實(shí)習(xí)生,不僅為帶教老師帶來(lái)巨大工作量,還使得每位學(xué)生沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行實(shí)踐,沒(méi)有辦法向帶教老師展示自己的不足從而得到指正獲得進(jìn)步[4]。而一對(duì)一帶教模式方便教師對(duì)癥下藥,能夠幫助帶教老師掌握實(shí)習(xí)生學(xué)習(xí)情況,及時(shí)幫助實(shí)習(xí)生答疑解惑。一對(duì)一帶教模式充分展現(xiàn)因材施教的教學(xué)理念,能夠給予實(shí)習(xí)生足夠的自我實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì),幫助實(shí)習(xí)生獲得更多的操作機(jī)會(huì)。該文就一對(duì)一模式帶教在胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生臨床帶教中產(chǎn)生的效果進(jìn)行探究,現(xiàn)分析2017年11月—2019年8月在該院胸外科的護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生64名的資料,報(bào)道如下。

      綜上所述,在胸外科護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生臨床帶教過(guò)程中開(kāi)展一對(duì)一帶教模式,能夠有效提高實(shí)習(xí)生的技能水平,幫助實(shí)習(xí)生盡快找到自己的滿意的工作。在未來(lái)臨床中值得更加積極廣泛的應(yīng)用。
