Beijing has a number of open-air and indoor ice skating rinks. On your Beijing winter tour， you may take part in the open-air skating. For other seasons， you may use the indoor skating rinks.

1. Shichahai Skating Rink （ popularly known as Houhai）

Shichahai Skating Rink is located in Houhai， Xicheng District. It is an open-air skating rink. Warm your body up before playing outside and keep moving！

2. Beihai Park Skating Field

Beihai Park Skating Rink： Skaters can enjoy the views of white tower， travel winter landscape， so as to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and find endless joy and excitement here.

3. Weiming Lake Skating Rink

Weiming Lake is an artificial lake inside the Peking University. In an icy winter time， the water turns into ice and people can skate on the ice. There is no ticket for entering the Peking University and it only takes you some money to hire a pair of skates. It is a very popular skating rink， people at all ages skate on the ice in a happy mood.

4. Taoranting Park

There are two skating courses currently at the Taoranting Park， one is at the south lake close to the south gate， the other is to the north of the lake， close to East and North gates.

5. Zizhuyuan Park

Dubbed the largest ice course in Beijing， Zizhuyuan Park has the longest slide of 17.5 meters.

1. All Star Ice Rink

Located on the first floor of Solana Mall， the ice rink covers 800 square meters and is fit for both entertainment and professional competition. All-Star offers kids’ classes staffed by coaches from the Chinese national skating team. The rink is equipped with first-class lighting and acoustic system， which creates a dreamy， movie-like atmosphere.

Opening Hours： Daily 10am-10pm

2. Century Star Club （Capital Indoor Stadium Ice Rink）

This skating rink is located in No.54， southern street in Zhongguancun， Hai-dian District. The environment there is pretty good for professional athletes usually get trained there. As a result， the ticket there is a little bit expensive than in other places.

Opening time： 9：00am—7：00 pm

3. New World Champion Skating Rink

The skating rink is located in the new world department store in Chongwenmen 5 Street in Dongcheng District. It is inside a big shopping mall so parents would like to take their children there. Children can skating while mums shopping.

Opening time： 9：00—21：30 on weekdays and 9：30—22：00 for the weekends.

4. Hokay Skating Center

Aside from hosting international hockey competitions， Hokay is also a great venue for figure skating. Various training classes on offer and the friendly， professional coaches are available at all times to provide assistance.

Opening Hours：? Daily noon—8pm

5. Le Cool

Chills and spills for skaters and shoppers at this small indoor rink in the World Trade Center. Be warned that the rink can get seriously crowded with ice princesses on holidays and weekend afternoons.

Opening Hours： Mon—Sat 10am—10pm， Sun 10am—7pm

6. Sanlitun Village

The rink is relatively small， thus suitable for beginners. Its surface area measures 200 square meters， about the size of a convenience store.

The water fountains in the main plaza have been replaced by this kid-friendly ice rink for the winter.

Opening Hours： Daily 10am—10pm

7. The Ice Zone

This small rink in Shunyi offers skating classes for beginners and intermediates， private lessons， 3-on-3 ice hockey programs， and beginners’ hockey for adults and children. Prices： RMB 50 （weekends） and RMB 30 （weekdays） and includes skate rental.

Opening Hours： Daily noon—4pm

8. Shangmei Rink

Shangmei covers 1，600 square meters and has an elliptic ice field of 900 square meters. Transparent glass surrounds the field and skaters can watch themselves on the big screen. A computerized monitoring system maintains the temperature of the ice steady at -1 degree Celsius and the indoor environment at 17 degrees. Skates， protective gear， skating clothes and related equipment are available for hire. The rink has a rest area， dressing room and gym.

北京城內(nèi)坐落著眾多露天及室內(nèi)溜冰場(chǎng)。冬天來北京旅行時(shí)，您便可在戶外暢享滑冰之樂。如果有特殊原因，室內(nèi)溜冰場(chǎng)也是極好的選擇。

1. 什剎?；鶊?chǎng)（又名后海）

什剎?；鶊?chǎng)位于西城區(qū)后海，是一座露天滑冰場(chǎng)?？炜熳龊脽嵘?，奔向戶外樂園吧！

2.北海公園滑冰場(chǎng)

北海公園溜冰場(chǎng)：滑冰愛好者們可以在此欣賞白塔美景、感受冬季風(fēng)光，還能遠(yuǎn)離城市的喧囂嘈雜，找到無窮的歡樂與刺激。

3. 未名湖滑冰場(chǎng)

未名湖是北京大學(xué)校園內(nèi)的一條人工湖。在天寒地凍的季節(jié)，人們可以在結(jié)冰的湖面上滑行游樂。進(jìn)入北大校園無須購買門票，只有冰鞋需要付費(fèi)租賃。這座滑冰場(chǎng)非常受歡迎，各個(gè)年齡段的人都能在此暢享滑冰之樂。

4. 陶然亭公園滑冰場(chǎng)

陶然亭公園內(nèi)現(xiàn)設(shè)有兩處冰場(chǎng)，一處在南湖靠近南門，另一處位于湖的北邊，靠近東門和北門。

5. 紫竹院公園滑冰場(chǎng)

紫竹院公園滑冰場(chǎng)號(hào)稱北京最大的冰場(chǎng)，冰道全長(zhǎng)17.5米。

1. 全明星滑冰俱樂部

全明星滑冰俱樂部位于藍(lán)色港灣國(guó)際商區(qū)一樓，占地面積800平方米，休閑娛樂或?qū)I(yè)競(jìng)技皆宜。這里開設(shè)了少兒滑冰培訓(xùn)課程，由中國(guó)滑冰國(guó)家隊(duì)隊(duì)員擔(dān)任教練。場(chǎng)內(nèi)配備一流的照明及音響系統(tǒng)，為您打造電影般的夢(mèng)幻氛圍。

開放時(shí)間：每天早10點(diǎn)—晚10點(diǎn)

2. 世紀(jì)星滑冰俱樂部（首都體育館內(nèi)滑冰場(chǎng)）

世紀(jì)星滑冰俱樂部位于海淀區(qū)中關(guān)村南大街54號(hào)，優(yōu)良的環(huán)境非常適合專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在此進(jìn)行常規(guī)訓(xùn)練。因此，這里的票價(jià)也會(huì)比其他溜冰場(chǎng)稍貴一些。

開放時(shí)間：早9點(diǎn)—晚7點(diǎn)

3. 新世界冠軍溜冰場(chǎng)

新世界冠軍溜冰場(chǎng)位于東城區(qū)崇文門外大街5號(hào)新世界商場(chǎng)內(nèi)。因?yàn)榈靥幋笮蜕虉?chǎng)內(nèi)部，家長(zhǎng)們?cè)敢獍押⒆觽儙У竭@里。當(dāng)媽媽逛街購物時(shí)，孩子們便能在此滑冰玩耍。

開放時(shí)間：工作日9：00—21：30，周末9：30—22：00

4. 北京浩泰興隆冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)中心

除了適合舉辦國(guó)際曲棍球賽事，北京浩泰興隆冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)中心也是絕佳的溜冰場(chǎng)所。場(chǎng)內(nèi)提供豐富多樣的培訓(xùn)課程，更有和藹可親的專業(yè)教練全程為您提供協(xié)助。

開放時(shí)間：每天中午—晚8點(diǎn)

5.國(guó)貿(mào)溜冰場(chǎng)

滑冰愛好者與商場(chǎng)的顧客在國(guó)貿(mào)中心的這座小型室內(nèi)溜冰場(chǎng)享受冰涼刺激的體驗(yàn)。節(jié)日期間和周末下午，場(chǎng)內(nèi)更是遍布著冰雪公主，可能會(huì)比較擁擠。

開放時(shí)間：周一 —周六：早10點(diǎn)—晚10點(diǎn)，周日：早10點(diǎn)—晚7點(diǎn)

6. 三里屯溜冰場(chǎng)

這家溜冰場(chǎng)相對(duì)較小，因此更適合新手。冰面約占200平方米，相當(dāng)于一家便利店大小。

主廣場(chǎng)內(nèi)曾經(jīng)設(shè)有噴水池，現(xiàn)已改為適合兒童冬季游樂的溜冰場(chǎng)。

開放時(shí)間：每天早10點(diǎn)—晚10點(diǎn)

7. 冰點(diǎn)地帶溜冰場(chǎng)

這家小溜冰場(chǎng)位于順義，開設(shè)了面向初級(jí)和中級(jí)玩家的滑冰課程、私教課、三對(duì)三冰球項(xiàng)目以及成人和少兒皆可參加的初級(jí)冰球培訓(xùn)。價(jià)格：周末50元，工作日30元（以上價(jià)格含冰鞋租金）。

開放時(shí)間：每天中午—下午4點(diǎn)

8. 尚美溜冰場(chǎng)（現(xiàn)名“西單喜悅溜冰場(chǎng)”）

尚美溜冰場(chǎng)占地1600平方米，內(nèi)含一塊900平方米的橢圓形冰面。場(chǎng)地周圍環(huán)繞著透明玻璃，滑冰者可以在大屏幕上看到自己的身影。電腦監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)將冰體溫度控制在-1攝氏度，室內(nèi)溫度則為17度。冰鞋、保護(hù)用具、滑冰服等相關(guān)器具皆可租賃。場(chǎng)內(nèi)還設(shè)有休息區(qū)、更衣室和健身房。
