Abstract:The fundamental foothold of the Communist manifesto lies in that the communists must always safeguard the interests of the proletariat, promote the all-round development of human beings, and finally realize the Communist society .The Communist manifesto is, of course, the theoretical source of Mr Xi’s important discourse on "The Original Intention" . One is to explain the nature and characteristics of the Communist Party, which represents the interests of the proletariat, is advanced and fights for the communist society, and the other is to explain the recent mission of the Communist Party, this includes, in particular, the elimination of capitalist private ownership, the elevation of the proletariat to the rank of Ruling class, and the promotion of Proletarian Unity and unity; third, the seizing of the ideological struggle between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie, criticizing various schools of socialism against the people. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the Chinese Communist Party, it is of great significance to review the declaration.

Abstract: The meeting system of professional judges is a new model explored with the current judicial reform. It aims to provide consultation for specific number of judges, supervise and manage cases and unify the scale of judgment by giving full play to the main role of judges. The meeting system objectively reduces the judicial committee’s stress, but due to the problems like administration management inertia, less attention paid to procedural justice and trial pressure caused in judicial practice, the judge meeting caused the problems like paying more attention to case discussion over categorized cases discussion and judgement, putting stress on entity conclusion and ignoring procedural justice, focusing more on administration and less on autonomy. By enriching the practical function, strengthening the procedural value and weakening administration, the goals of the meeting system can be realized.

Abstract:To construct a temporary arbitration system in foreign commercial affairs is an important action to make China a power with adequate legal system. In order to accelerate the practice of this system, China can suspend the application of the effective provisions of the arbitration agreement; arbitration organs and judicial organs should be involved to assist and supervise the operation of temporary arbitration and timely solve procedural problems; establishing a roster management mechanism that has the roster of arbitrators in parallel with that of arbitrators for filing; formulate special rules for temporary arbitration to make it implemented as soon as possible and undergo practical tests so as to improve and revise supporting laws and regulations.

Abstract: In the current competitive market, high-quality human resources and stable workforce are critical to the sustainable and healthy development of hotels. Taking the new generation employees as the objects, this paper uses questionnaires with exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the influence of leadership style on the turnover intention of this group. The results show that :(1) transformational leadership is beneficial to reduce turnover intention; (2) transactional leadership can increase turnover intention to some extent. It is suggested to strengthen the transformational style and practice humanistic care so as to stabilize the workforce and reduce the cost of human resources.

Abstract: Historical thought of Li Dazhao had changed subtly at the beginning of 1920s, which was influenced deeply by Japanese historiography. With Suzuki Munetada’s "Social Philosophy and Historical Philosophy" and Uchida Ginzo’s"History Theory" as chief source, Li Dazhao improved his understanding of historical materialism, and constructed his theoretical system of history at that time. Such practice, which Li DAzhao tried to combine the Chinese and Western methods in history and constructed the discourse of Chinese historical theory, not only reflects the inherent evolution of theoretical logic in the development of Li Dazhao’s academic thought, but also exhibits the cultural appeal of constructing the Chinese new history.

Abstract: Zhou Benchun is a master in the field of modern classical literature in China and a gifted poet. However, his classical poems have not attracted enough attention in the academic circle, so they have not been well known. Zhou’s old style poems are mainly collected in his own poetry collection, Jian Zhai Collection. Through the analysis of the themes, styles, arts and achievement of his poems, it can be seen that Zhou has insisted the concept of "caring for the fate of his nation" which has been maintained by Chinese scholars for thousands of years. And his poems should carve a place among the Chinese classical poems in the 20th century.

Abstract: By using unique rural landscape as metaphors for infinite life experience and cultural choice, Han Shaogong’s prose, from the deep memory, salvages emotions to the village and dances with the souls. It integrates the insights on life, native complex and cultural homesickness, showing the intellectual musings and the desire to return to the rural. At the same time by the comparison between Chinese and foreign cultures, it examines the exotic charming of poems, and presents the deep attachment to the land that shapes characters by the cultural collision, conveys the humanistic feelings of sticking to national cultures.
