As soonas the swan was put into the river， it 5fluttered its wings and flew away. Finally， MianBogao only got several feathers. He had no choice but to send these pieces of feathersto the emperor. But surprisingly， the emperor rewarded Mian Bogao instead of beingangry.

當(dāng)時(shí)交通不便，緬伯高只能步行去長安，路途遙遠(yuǎn)且艱辛。緬伯高夜以繼日地趕往長安。過了幾天，緬伯高非常疲累，天鵝也變得臟兮兮的。于是，他決定給天鵝洗個(gè)澡。天鵝一接觸水就拍拍翅膀飛走了。最后，緬伯高只有幾根鵝毛。沒辦法，他只能把這幾根鵝毛進(jìn)貢給皇帝。令人驚訝的是，皇帝非但沒有生氣反而獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)了他。
