脫貧攻堅成效持續(xù)鞏固提升鄉(xiāng)村振興繪就絢麗畫卷

2月25日，全國脫貧攻堅總結表彰大會上，習近平總書記莊嚴宣告：在迎來中國共產黨成立100周年的重要時刻，中國脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)取得了全面勝利。

在創(chuàng)造這一彪炳史冊的人間奇跡過程中，濟南也書寫下無愧于時代的動人篇章——全市1006個貧困村全部摘帽退出，21.13萬貧困人口基本實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定脫貧，建檔立卡貧困人口年人均純收入達到10826元，連續(xù)四年在全省扶貧開發(fā)成效考核中被評為“好”的等次、位列第一梯隊。

這份亮眼的答卷背后，是濟南不斷推動脫貧攻堅與鄉(xiāng)村振興有效銜接，探索實施“積分制”扶貧、“共享式”扶貧、“貧貧互助”、脫貧攻堅講習所等創(chuàng)新實踐，建立健全脫貧防貧長效工作機制；是濟南將習總書記的殷殷囑托和關于脫貧攻堅的重要論述，鐫刻在了廣大干部群眾的心坎上，書寫在廣袤的農村大地上。

2020年6月13日，在習總書記視察山東兩周年之際，一場脫貧攻堅暨鄉(xiāng)村振興工作現(xiàn)場會在曾經的貧困村如今的鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯樣板村——三澗溪村舉行。圍繞打造鄉(xiāng)村振興的齊魯樣板，通過發(fā)揮黨建引領作用，夯實鄉(xiāng)村振興物質基礎，提升農村面貌，精準施策，鞏固脫貧成效，抓好黃河灘區(qū)遷建安置，努力實現(xiàn)農業(yè)全面升級、農村全面進步、農民全面發(fā)展。

久困于窮，冀以小康。這些年來，濟南1006個貧困村的村民深切體會到，小康不是喊出來的，是黨帶領群眾干出來的。三澗溪村在黨支部書記高淑貞的帶領下，建設了村史館、文化長廊，建起了美食街、農業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)園；西營鎮(zhèn)葉家坡村在第一書記李洪文的5年幫扶下，從一個窮溝溝變成金窩窩……

在濟南，一個個村莊正駛入鄉(xiāng)村振興的快車道，朝著“產業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風文明、治理有效、生活富?！钡哪繕诉~進，一幅鄉(xiāng)村振興的絢麗畫卷正在繪就！

Chinese President Xi Jinping announced Chinas "complete victory" in its fight against absolute poverty， at a grand gathering to mark the countrys accomplishments in poverty alleviation and honor its model poverty fighters on February 25. When creating another miracle that will "go down in history" in eradicating extreme poverty， Jinan has made remarkable progress - a total of 1006 villages were removed from the poverty-stricken list， 211，300 impoverished residents were lifted from poverty， stagnant per-capita income of registered povertystricken households reached 10，826 yuan. Jinan has been ranked for four consecutive years as a good level in the provinces assessment for poverty alleviation and development， maintaining a top ranking.

The road has been long and arduous， but the prize is clear. Jinan has marched on unceasingly to coordinate poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， and established longterm poverty alleviation mechanisms. Implementing President Xi Jinpings thought on securing a decisive victory against poverty， Jinan has adopted a resolution to eradicate poverty in rural areas with active participation of cadres and people.
