近日，青島市全國文明城市創(chuàng)建動員部署會召開，對今年全國文明城市創(chuàng)建工作進行動員部署，解讀測評體系，剖析問題短板，明確重點任務，研究有效措施，推動全市創(chuàng)建工作取得新突破、再上新臺階。中共青島市委常委、宣傳部部長、市文明委副主任、市創(chuàng)建全國文明城市聯(lián)席會議副總召集人孫立杰出席會議并講話。

孫立杰指出，中共青島市委市政府高度重視全國文明城市創(chuàng)建工作，多次召開相關會議，研究解決問題，強力推動工作。各區(qū)市、相關部門和單位要進一步提高政治站位，以更高的責任感和緊迫感不折不扣抓好文明城市創(chuàng)建工作。

孫立杰強調，當前，全市文明城市創(chuàng)建工作還存在一些問題，如老舊小區(qū)、背街小巷、農貿市場等點位還有短板弱項，社區(qū)物業(yè)管理、網格化管理不到位，環(huán)境衛(wèi)生保潔不精細，基礎設施管護、交通違法問題整治力度有待加強，校外培訓機構管理有待規(guī)范等。

孫立杰強調，要不等不靠、全面推進，逐條逐項落實測評指標，實現整體達標。要注重常態(tài)創(chuàng)建、全域創(chuàng)建，在建立長效機制上下功夫，在日常平常經常上做文章。要緊盯重點難點，著力補短板、強弱項，在重點領域、關鍵環(huán)節(jié)上求突破、見實效。要注意工作方式方法，杜絕形式主義。要加強督查調度考核，開展月測評，媒體公布成績排名。要加大媒體曝光力度，將曝光問題整改情況列入月測評，加大賦分權重。適時組織召開七區(qū)創(chuàng)城工作現場觀摩會，現場點評、學習交流，促進工作。

孫立杰強調，要把黨史學習教育同推動文明城市創(chuàng)建工作結合起來，開展好“我為群眾辦實事”實踐活動，切實解決基層的困難事、群眾的煩心事。要強化作風建設，將文明城市創(chuàng)建作為淬煉作風的“練兵場”，堅持干字當頭、實字為先，從嚴從細推動各項工作落實落地。

Recently， the Mobilization and Deployment Meeting for Establishing A National Civilized City was convened in Qingdao， mobilizing and deploying works for building Qingdao into a national civilized city this year. Avariety of task shave been accomplished at the meeting including interpreting the evaluation system， breaking down and analyzing issues and shortcomings， defining key tasks， researching into effective measures， etc.， with the aim to achieve new breakthroughs in this endeavor for the city and attaining a higher level. Those who attended and addressed the meeting include Sun Lijie， Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee， Director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee， Deputy Director of the Office of Qingdao Civility Enhancement Committee， and Deputy General Convener of the Joint Conference for the Establishment of National Civilized City in Qingdao.
