檔案信息數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)研究

摘 要：少林寺檔案管理存在檔案資源缺失、信息化水平有待提高等問題。在系統(tǒng)分析少林寺檔案信息化建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上，從檔案信息整合、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)展示等方面進(jìn)行研究，提出建設(shè)檔案信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的方法框架，利用數(shù)據(jù)庫、可視化、B/S架構(gòu)等技術(shù)構(gòu)建檔案信息平臺(tái)，研制模塊展示、多種方式檢索等功能，有效地促進(jìn)少林寺檔案信息的保護(hù)、管理和文化元素的傳播，為少林寺檔案信息建設(shè)和同類機(jī)構(gòu)檔案信息的管理和保護(hù)提供新的研究思路。

Abstract： There are some problems in the archive administration of Shaolin Temple， such as the lack of archive resources and the level of informatization need to be improved. In this paper， based on the systematic analysis of the information construction of Shaolin Temple archives， and from the aspects of archives information integration， data acquisition， data processing， data display， researcher puts forward the method framework of constructing archives information database. The visualization， database， B/S architecture technology used to build archive information platform and development the function of module display and a variety of ways to retrieval. It promote the protection and management of Shaolin Temple archives information and the dissemination of its cultural elements， and to provide new research ideas for the construction of Shaolin Temple archives information and the management and protection of similar institutions archives information.

國家大數(shù)據(jù)戰(zhàn)略下，數(shù)據(jù)管理部門紛紛成立[1]。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代下，檔案信息的數(shù)據(jù)量巨大，數(shù)據(jù)來源和數(shù)據(jù)集的類型多樣，在檔案信息資源的管理、保護(hù)等方面，大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理、數(shù)據(jù)展示和可視化功能具有明顯優(yōu)勢，構(gòu)建檔案信息平臺(tái)，為海量檔案信息數(shù)據(jù)的計(jì)算和處理、訪問和查詢提供了保障。在相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用需求下，運(yùn)用新型的數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析技術(shù)，選擇全部或部分的原始數(shù)據(jù)對其進(jìn)行分析形成價(jià)值，實(shí)現(xiàn)輔助決策和業(yè)務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)。呈現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果時(shí)，可用標(biāo)簽云（Tag Cloud）、歷史流（History Flow）、空間信息流（Spatial Information Flow）等可視化技術(shù)[2]。少林寺檔案信息具有重要的歷史文化與保護(hù)價(jià)值，當(dāng)前少林寺檔案管理存在檔案文獻(xiàn)資源缺失、保存過于分散，檔案種類繁雜、內(nèi)容交叉、老化損毀、難以確定類別歸屬，檔案建設(shè)進(jìn)度不一致、信息化水平有待提高等問題。少林寺官網(wǎng)信息量少，無法將檔案資源轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)據(jù)，存在重復(fù)建設(shè)和無效建設(shè)的問題[3]。作為少林寺檔案信息數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)的個(gè)案研究，本研究旨在為少林寺提供一套詳細(xì)的創(chuàng)建檔案信息數(shù)據(jù)庫的方法論框架，以管理并保護(hù)少林寺檔案資源，在此基礎(chǔ)上促進(jìn)少林寺寺務(wù)管理和輿情管理。運(yùn)用Microsoft SQL Server軟件制作一個(gè)語義豐富的檔案信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫，納入寺院的社會(huì)輿情、機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置等歷史和社會(huì)文化信息，用戶點(diǎn)擊服務(wù)器所在的網(wǎng)址，即可以獲得少林寺基本信息、有形和無形的文化信息、輿情分析結(jié)果等檔案信息，而不必再去訪問大量的輔助數(shù)據(jù)源。該研究促進(jìn)了少林寺的檔案信息建設(shè)和管理，也為同類型機(jī)構(gòu)檔案信息的管理和保護(hù)提供了新的研究思路。
