Embrace new opportunities for cooperation in the digital era

8月23日至25日，中國—上海合作組織數(shù)字經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)論壇、2021中國國際智能產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會在重慶舉行。各國駐華使領館積極組織本國在華企業(yè)來渝參會參展，展示本國在各領域的先進技術和發(fā)展成就，尋求合作新機遇。駐華使領館官員在接受媒體采訪時紛紛表示，智博會為國際合作提供了重要平臺，讓大家看到了重慶的發(fā)展實力和潛力，看到了重慶大力推動數(shù)字經(jīng)濟和實體經(jīng)濟深入融合，集中力量建設“智慧重鎮(zhèn)”“智慧名城”，以及成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設等背景下的無限商機，愿與重慶加強交流與合作，實現(xiàn)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟和實體經(jīng)濟的共同繁榮。

From August 23 to 25， China-SCO Forum on the Digital Economy Industry and Smart China Expo （SCE） 2021 were held in Chongqing. Embassies and consulates in China actively organized their enterprises in China to participate the conferences， display their advanced technology and development achievements in various fields， and seek new opportunities for cooperation. During interviews with the media， embassy and consular officials in China said that the SCE provided an important platform for international cooperation. The Expo manifests Chongqing's development strength and potential， the citys vigorous promotion of the in-depth integration of digital economy and real economy， its focus on building "smart hub" and “famous smart city" as well as the infinite business opportunities under the background of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. They showed the willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing to realize the shared prosperity of digital economy and real economy.

本屆智博會，我們帶來了迄今為止訪問西南地區(qū)最大規(guī)模的商務代表團，由英國國際貿(mào)易部率領，包括來自信息技術、基礎設施、先進工程、先進制造、機場建設、醫(yī)療保健及教育等領域的近50家英國企業(yè)。英國國際貿(mào)易部致力于推進更深入、更有韌性的重要企業(yè)間合作，希望通過本次活動促使中英兩國的企業(yè)合作邁上新臺階。

這些英國企業(yè)在智博會國際展區(qū)英國館、“UK Now數(shù)智英國”主題路演和制造業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型高峰論壇等活動上，交流思想、促進創(chuàng)新，創(chuàng)建了新的合作伙伴關系。其中，英國館以“數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型進行時”“數(shù)字點亮生活”“科技賦能制造”和“綠色建筑與創(chuàng)新”四大板塊，展現(xiàn)英國和英國品牌在科技領域的活力、多元和卓越。在“UK Now數(shù)智英國”主題路演重大項目簽約中，笛一科技UKDE、英資企業(yè)江團商貿(mào)與重慶國際物流樞紐園區(qū)達成合作，依托中歐班列（渝新歐）、國際陸海貿(mào)易新通道、重慶鐵路口岸等國際通道及口岸資源，建設中歐跨境貿(mào)易金融服務示范性項目。萊克頓教育集團也與英國文化教育協(xié)會達成戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，在教育方面服務于重慶本地高中學生。

當前，重慶正大力推動數(shù)字經(jīng)濟和實體經(jīng)濟深度融合，集中力量建設“智造重鎮(zhèn)”“智慧名城”，重慶與英國企業(yè)的合作充滿契機。如何用大數(shù)據(jù)來優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)的過程，是英中兩國企業(yè)一個共同的重要目標，希望雙方能搭建交流平臺，促進兩國的企業(yè)家和投資者加強交流，碰撞火花，從而實現(xiàn)實體經(jīng)濟和數(shù)字經(jīng)濟的同步發(fā)展。

I hope that the SCE will bring the cooperation between Chinese and British enterprises to a new height

At this Smart China Expo， we have brought the largest British business delegation as of today to visit the Southwest China led by the UK Department for International Trade， including nearly 50 British enterprises from the fields of information technology， infrastructure， advanced engineering， advanced manufacturing， airport construction， healthcare， education， etc. The UK Department for International Trade is committed to promoting deeper and more resilient cooperation between key enterprises， and hopes to scale the enterprise cooperation between China and the UK a new height through this event.

These British enterprises exchanged ideas， galvanized innovation and created new partnerships at the UK Pavilion in the international exhibition area of SCE， "UK Now Digital & Smart" theme roadshow， Manufacturing Digital Transformation Summit Forum and other activities. Among them， the exhibition area of the British Pavilion manifests the vitality， diversity and excellence of British and British brands in the field of science and technology with four sections of "ongoing digital transformation"， "digital lights up life"， "science and technology enables manufacturing" and "green building and innovation". During the signing of the major project of the "UK Now Digital & Smart" theme roadshow， UKDE Ltd and British funded enterprise Jiangtuan.cn reached cooperation with Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park to build a demonstration project of China-Europe cross-border trade and financial services based on international corridors and port resources such as China-Europe Railway Express （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe）， New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and Chongqing railway port. Lucton Education Group has also reached a strategic cooperation agreement with British Council to serve local high school students in Chongqing in terms of education.

At present， Chongqing is vigorously promoting the deep integration between digital economy and real economy， focusing on the construction of "smart manufacturing hub" and "famous smart city". The cooperation between Chongqing and British enterprises is brimming with opportunities. How to use big data to optimize the production process is a common critical goal of British and Chinese enterprises. It is hoped that the two sides can build an exchange platform to promote entrepreneurs and investors of both countries to strengthen communication and sharing of ideas， so as to realize the synchronous development of real economy and digitization.

意大利駐重慶總領事畢嵐祺：

將加強與重慶在科創(chuàng)領域的合作

智博會是中國科技領域最重要的盛會之一，意大利一直積極參與。2019年意大利曾是智博會的主賓國，今年是第三年參加智博會。

2021智博會意大利國家館由意大利駐重慶總領事館與中國意大利商會聯(lián)合打造，主題是“創(chuàng)新之美·智能科技成就意式生活”，以線上和線下方式呈現(xiàn)。有7家在科技創(chuàng)新方面領先的意大利企業(yè)參展，所涉及領域包括汽車、智能機器人技術、工業(yè)制造、自動化、半導體和智慧出行。未來，我們還將繼續(xù)加強與重慶在科創(chuàng)領域的合作。

近年來，意大利與重慶往來頻繁，意大利駐重慶總領事館鼓勵企業(yè)來中國西南地區(qū)交流訪問，通過參加展會開展相關的推廣工作。在2018智博會上，中國汽車工程研究院分別與意大利CSI股份公司、摩德納大學、雷焦艾米利亞大學簽署合作備忘錄。重慶高校與意大利高校間的合作也非常緊密，都靈理工大學、佛羅倫薩大學、那不勒斯大學，以及貝爾加莫大學等都與重慶高校開展了合作。

Italy will strengthen cooperation with Chongqing in the field of science and innovation

The SCE is one of the most important events in the field of science and technology in China， and Italy has always been actively participating. In 2019， Italy served the guest of honor of SCE and this year marks the third year for Italy to participate in the Expo.

The Italian National Pavilion of 2021 SCE was jointly built by the Italian Consulate General in Chongqing and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce under the theme of "Beauty of Innovation · Intelligent Technology Enables Italian Life" via online and offline forms. Seven Italian enterprises leading in scientific and technological innovation participated in the exhibition， covering the fields of automotive， intelligent robotics technology， industrial manufacturing， automation， semiconductor and intelligent travel. In the future， we will continue to strengthen cooperation with Chongqing in the field of science and innovation.

In recent years， Italy and Chongqing have seen frequent exchanges. The Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing encourages enterprises to vist Southwest China and carry out relevant promotion through participating in the exhibition. At the 2018 SCE， CAERI signed memorandums of cooperation with Italian CSI， University of Modena and Reggio Emilia respectively. The cooperation between Chongqing universities and Italian universities is also very close. Polytechnic University of Turin， University of Florence， University of Naples and University of Bergamo have unfolded cooperation with Chongqing universities.

希望通過智博會促成更多以中合作項目落地

今年是以色列第四年組團參加智博會，共有4家以色列領先的智能制造和智能駕駛領域的企業(yè)參展。

Cipia是一家領先的智能傳感解決方案企業(yè)，使用尖端的計算機視覺和人工智能科技帶來更安全優(yōu)質(zhì)的駕駛體驗。英特爾子公司Mobileye是計算機視覺發(fā)展和機器學習、數(shù)據(jù)分析、定位和地圖科技，應用于高級駕駛輔助系統(tǒng)和自動駕駛解決方案的全球領導者。Stratasys是航空航天、汽車、醫(yī)療、消費品和教育等行業(yè)的應用型增材技術解決方案全球領導者之一，在中國客戶超3000家。Vayyar的成像技術日趨成熟，被應用于眾多不同行業(yè)中。其4D成像傳感器可以穿透物體，對環(huán)境中的任何物體或人體進行實時跟蹤和成像。

2017年，以中兩國建立創(chuàng)新全面伙伴關系，標志著兩國關系發(fā)展進入了快車道。以色列駐成都總領事館的工作重點，就是在此框架下推動更多以色列與中國西南地區(qū)之間的項目合作與科技交流。希望通過本次展會，使更多的中國觀眾了解以色列在智能相關領域的先進科技和解決方案，促成更多以中合作項目落地。

It is hoped to promote the implementation of more Israel-China cooperation projects through the SCE

This year marks the fourth year for Israel to organize a delegation to participate in the SCE. A total of four leading Israeli enterprises in the field of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent driving participated in the Expo.

Cipia is a leading intelligent sensing solution enterprise， which uses cutting-edge computer vision and artificial intelligence technology to bring safer and high-quality driving experience. Mobileye， a subsidiary of Intel， is a global leader which applies computer vision development and machine learning， data analytics， positioning and map technology to advanced driving assistance systems and autonomous driving solutions. STRATASYS is one of the global leaders in applied additive technology solutions in aerospace， automotive， healthcare， consumer goods and education industries， with more than 3000 customers in China. Vayyar's imaging technology is becoming more and more mature and has been applied in many different industries. Its 4D imaging sensor can penetrate objects and track and image any object or human body in the environment in real time.

In 2017， Israel and China established an innovative comprehensive partnership， marking that the development of bilateral relations has entered a fast track. The focus of the Israeli Consulate General in Chengdu is to drive more project cooperation and scientific and technological exchanges between Israel and Southwest China under this framework. It is hoped that through such exhibition， more Chinese visitors will understand Israel's advanced technologies and solutions in related intelligent fields， and promote the implementation of more Israel-China cooperation projects.

瑞士駐成都代總領事蘇安蘭：

瑞士企業(yè)看好成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設協(xié)同優(yōu)勢

近年來，數(shù)字經(jīng)濟在中國呈迅猛發(fā)展態(tài)勢，瑞士企業(yè)也正在積極擁抱中國零售新業(yè)態(tài)。在國際價值鏈因疫情受到挑戰(zhàn)的背景下，許多瑞士企業(yè)進一步推動了在中國的本土化，深耕中國市場。

智博會為國際合作提供了一個重要的平臺，來自各國的企業(yè)交換意見，形成新的合作關系，重慶在其中扮演了非常重要的作用。雖然這是我第一次參加智博會，但是此前我們就通過社交媒體，積極地向國內(nèi)持續(xù)發(fā)布相關信息。

往屆智博會很成功，今年雖然受疫情影響，但是我很高興看到此次有9家瑞士企業(yè)前來參展。這些企業(yè)都扎根于中國，在中國建立生產(chǎn)基地，深度參與中國發(fā)展。

如今，瑞士與中國互為重要的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作伙伴，瑞士企業(yè)非常看好重慶的發(fā)展?jié)摿?。我雖然長期居住在北京，但也關注到成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟圈建設突出重慶、成都兩個中心城市的協(xié)同帶動，越來越多的瑞士企業(yè)看好兩座城市的區(qū)域優(yōu)勢和特色，愿意來到中國西部地區(qū)。同時，重慶借助西部陸海新通道、中歐班列（渝新歐）、長江黃金水道等出境出海大通道的區(qū)域優(yōu)勢和政策紅利，高科技人才為數(shù)字化發(fā)展進一步提供動力，必能帶動自身及周邊區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。

Swiss enterprises are optimistic about the synergistic advantages of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle

In recent years， the digital economy has developed rapidly in China， and Swiss enterprises are actively embracing the new retail format in China. Against the background that the international value chain has been challenged by COVID-19， many Swiss enterprises have further promoted localization in China and deeply cultivated the Chinese market.

The SCE provides an important platform for international cooperation. Enterprises from various countries exchanged views and forged new cooperative relations， in which Chongqing plays a critical role. Although this is my first time to participate in the SCE， we have actively and continuously released relevant information to our country via social media.

The previous SCEs have been very successful. Despite fewer exhibitors compared with previous sessions due to COVID-19 this year， I am glad to see nine Swiss enterprises participating this time. These enterprises have all taken roots in China， established production bases here in the country and deeply participated in China's development.

Today， Switzerland and China are important economic and trade partners， and Swiss enterprises are upbeat about the development potential of Chongqing. Although I have lived in Beijing for a long time， I also pay attention to the synergy of two central cities of Chongqing and Chengdu given prominence by the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， more and more Swiss enterprises are optimistic about the regional advantages and characteristics of the two cities and willing to come to Western China. At the same time， with the regional advantages and policy dividends of new western land-sea corridor， China-Europe Railway Express （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe）， the golden waterway of the Yangtze River and other major outbound corridors to the sea， Chongqing's high-tech talent will further provide impetus for digital development and will drive economic development of itself and surrounding areas.

烏拉圭駐重慶總領事館副總領事琪娜：

高科技數(shù)字化已成為拉美南大門烏拉圭的特色

今年是烏拉圭連續(xù)第四年參加智博會，2020年我們參加了線上會議，今年在線上線下共同參與。我們邀請了兩家烏拉圭企業(yè)，Genexus是一家全球領先的軟件研發(fā)企業(yè)，曾參加過2019年智博會。另一家DLocal是研發(fā)電子支付系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)，在納斯達克上市。

烏拉圭因在科技發(fā)展方面的出色表現(xiàn)在拉丁美洲脫穎而出。此次智博會上，我們力圖展示和推介拉丁美洲南大門烏拉圭具有競爭力領域的魅力。烏拉圭是世界上數(shù)字化程度最高的國家之一，率先提出了“每個孩子一臺筆記本電腦”計劃。根據(jù)烏拉圭政府近期的報告，將高度重視在數(shù)字領域發(fā)展高價值產(chǎn)業(yè)，比如，可再生能源、電動交通工具、生命科學及電子娛樂等。烏拉圭將繼續(xù)發(fā)揮“一帶一路”合作伙伴的作用，在糧食生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)領域?qū)で笮碌臋C遇，特別是在有機食品方面。

今年11月，烏拉圭將分別參加在上海舉行的第四屆中國國際進口博覽會、在重慶舉行的第十四屆中國—拉美企業(yè)家高峰會。希望這兩個國際大會為烏拉圭企業(yè)提供非常好的機遇，從而促進彼此的了解與互動。

High tech digitization has become a feature of Uruguay， the South Gate of Latin America

This year marks the fourth consecutive year that Uruguay's participation in the SCE. In 2020， we joined the online conferences and this year， we participated both online and offline. We invited two Uruguayan enterprises. GeneXus， a leading software R & D enterprise in the world， also participated in the 2019 SCE. The other one， DLocal， is an enterprise developing electronic payment systems， with a market value of $1 billion on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

Uruguay stands out in Latin America because of its outstanding performance in scientific and technological development. At this SCE， we strive to show and promote the charm of Uruguay， the South Gate of Latin America， in the competitive fields. Uruguay is one of the nine countries with the highest degree of digitization in the world. It took the lead in putting forward the initiative of "one laptop computer for every child". According to the recent report of the Uruguayan government， it will attach great importance to the development of high-value industries in the digital field， such as renewable energy， electric vehicles， life sciences and electronic entertainment. Uruguay will continue its role as the "Belt and Road" strategic partner and seek new opportunities in the field of food production and agriculture， especially in organic food.

In November this year， the 4th China International Import Expo will be held in Shanghai and the 14th China-LAC Business Summit will be held in Chongqing. It is hoped that these two international events will provide excellent opportunities for Uruguayan enterprises to promote mutual understanding and interaction.

“智慧匈牙利”移動展覽首次亮相中國

智博會已發(fā)展成為中國中西部最重要的國際展會之一，對于匈牙利的企業(yè)來說是一個很好的展示機會，尤其對新冠肺炎疫情背景下的國際交流來說更加難能可貴。今年是匈牙利第四年參展智博會，線上線下的展館均由中國—匈牙利技術轉(zhuǎn)移中心（重慶）承辦。

匈牙利館展示了知名研究機構、高校以及創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)帶來的智能智慧項目37個，涵蓋智慧城市、智慧出行、智慧休閑、智慧運動、智慧農(nóng)業(yè)、智慧醫(yī)療等六大領域，展示了匈牙利看待智能世界的方式，以及匈牙利與全球數(shù)字革命、可持續(xù)性和個性化趨勢的聯(lián)系。匈牙利外交與對外經(jīng)濟部發(fā)起的“智慧匈牙利”移動展覽，首次來到中國就亮相智博會，以22種產(chǎn)品形式展示匈牙利的創(chuàng)新成果和發(fā)展?jié)摿?。希望在智博會上尋求與重慶企業(yè)的交流合作機會，通過兩地的創(chuàng)新、研發(fā)，為經(jīng)濟賦能，為生活添彩。

"Smart Hungary" mobile exhibition debuts in China

The SCE has become one of the most important international exhibitions in Western China and a great showcase opportunity for Hungary enterprises， especially for international exchanges under the context of COVID-19. This year marks Hungary's fourth year to participate in the SCE. Both online and offline pavilions are hosted by Chinese-Hungarian Technology Transfer Center （Chongqing）.

The Hungarian Pavilion shows 37 smart projects brought by well-known research institutions， universities and innovative enterprises， covering six fields such as smart city， smart travel， smart leisure， smart sports， smart agriculture and smart medical care. It shows Hungary's way of viewing the smart world as well as its connection with the global digital revolution， sustainability and personalization trend. The "smart Hungary" mobile exhibition launched by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs made its debut at the SCE for the first time in China， showcasing Hungary's innovative achievements and development potential in the form of 22 products. I hope to seek opportunities for exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing enterprises at the SCE， and enable the economy and add color to life through innovation and R & D in both places.

Hungary and Chongqing have carried out multiple cooperation in various fields， among which Chinese-Hungarian Technology Transfer Center is quite representative. The center has offices in Chongqing and Budapest to promote wider and in-depth scientific and technological innovation cooperation between Chongqing， Hungary and Central and Eastern European countries. Having built a high-quality platform to promote bilateral cooperation， the center created many opportunities for bilateral cooperation， and has contributed to the successful docking of a number of international cooperation projects.

奧地利駐成都總領事館商務領事穆娥：

努力推動奧地利企業(yè)來中國西南地區(qū)投資發(fā)展

這次是我們第一次來智博會參展，重慶的變化之大令人驚訝。奧地利駐成都總領事館商務處組織了10家奧地利企業(yè)來渝參展，涉及智能制造、智能物流、智能文化、智能冬季體育運動四個版塊，都是奧地利企業(yè)實力強勁的領域。

奧地利企業(yè)奧特斯、吉布達偉士都在重慶設有工廠。在物流領域，重慶是中歐班列、陸海新通道的重要樞紐之一，我們想充分利用這些優(yōu)勢和機會。

同時，我們也計劃在中國推廣旅游文化項目。多貝瑪亞集團有意參與重慶旅游景區(qū)建設。科技公司艾斯特公司希望與重慶開展智慧冬季運動項目合作。我們也期待奧地利著名樂器管風琴，在重慶打造的長江音樂廳擁有一席之地。

目前，奧地利企業(yè)對中國西南地區(qū)仍然缺乏了解和市場經(jīng)驗。智博會為他們開拓中國西南市場提供了很好的機會，讓他們能夠掌握西南地區(qū)市場的最新動態(tài)，后續(xù)我們也將努力推動奧地利有實力的企業(yè)深耕中國市場。

Strive to promote Austrian enterprises to invest and develop in Southwest China

This is our first time to participate in the SCE. The great changes in Chongqing are mind-blowing. The Business Department of the Austrian Consulate General in Chengdu organized 10 Austrian enterprises to participate in Chongqing， involving four sections： intelligent manufacturing， intelligent logistics， intelligent culture and intelligent winter sports， which are all advantageous areas of Austrian enterprises.

Austrian enterprises AT & S and Gebrüder Weiss have factories in Chongqing. In the field of logistics， Chongqing is one of the key hubs of China-Europe Railway Express and New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. We want to make full use of these advantages and opportunities.

At the same time， we also plan to promote tourism and cultural projects in China. Doppelmayr intends to participate in the construction of tourist attractions in Chongqing. Technology company AST intends to cooperate with Chongqing in smart winter sports. We also look forward to the famous Austrian instrument pipe organ to earn a foothold in the Yangtze Concert Hall of Chongqing.

At present， Austrian enterprises still lack understanding and market experience in Southwest China. The SCE provides them with a golden opportunity to explore the market in Southwest China， so that they can grasp the latest trends of the market in the area. In the future， we will also try to have competent Austrian enterprises deeply cultivate the Chinese market.
