摘 要:楊河煤業(yè)-300水平井底巷道受采深影響,圍巖呈現(xiàn)工程軟巖特性,同時受構(gòu)造影響,圍巖層理、節(jié)理極為發(fā)育,尤其是主石門附近的大斷面多交岔點巷道,應(yīng)力集中,采用常規(guī)錨網(wǎng)支護或棚式支護已難以有效地控制巷道的強烈變形,保證巷道的正常使用。本文在分析-300主石門巷道支護失穩(wěn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出高強穩(wěn)定型錨注-圍巖-支架耦合支護方案,并在該段巷道成功應(yīng)用,取得較好的效果。

Study on Coupling Support Technology of Roadway with Large Section and Multiple-point Crossover in Deep Mine

Abstract: The roadway of Yanghe coalmine located at -300 level is influenced by the depth, and the surrounding rock with the engineering soft rock characteristics, and as well as affected by the structure, surround rock strata and the joint development, especially the roadway with the large section and multiple-point crossover near the main cross-cut that the coefficient of stress concentration is much more larger. The conventional anchor net supporting or shed support is difficult to control the strong deformation of roadway effectively, and ensure the normal use of roadway. Based on the analysis of the instability of the main cross-cut, this paper puts forward the high strength and stable coupling support scheme of anchor injection-surrounding rock-support, which has been successfully applied in the mine and achieved good results.

楊河煤業(yè)-300主石門南接深部立井馬頭門,北連32軌道下山,并連接31、32、42三個采區(qū),是礦井-300水平運輸、通風(fēng)、行人及排水的咽喉通道。根據(jù)地質(zhì)資料,該段巷道自馬頭門開始由南向北逐漸由二煤層頂板的砂質(zhì)泥巖進入到底板灰?guī)r。受圍巖巖性及周圍巷道影響,未進入底板灰?guī)r段巷道自投入使用起先后多次進行維修,但受到礦山集中應(yīng)力影響,該段巷道最小斷面僅余12~13 m2,僅僅滿足礦井的使用要求。近年來,隨著礦井二水平開采結(jié)束和三水平的開拓完成,礦井的生產(chǎn)重心已逐步向三水平(-300水平)轉(zhuǎn)移。目前該巷道主石門的進風(fēng)量超過8 000 m3/min,實測風(fēng)速也已超過10 m/s,嚴(yán)重超過允許風(fēng)速。因此,迫切需要針對-300主石門采取針對性的圍巖控制方案,保證巷道滿足礦井安全生產(chǎn)的需要。
1 巷道地質(zhì)條件
楊河煤業(yè)-300主石門位于礦井三水平32下山和深部副井之間,巷道埋深約523 m,周圍巷道布置較為密集,且有多個大跨度交岔點:由南向北依次與42采區(qū)行人進風(fēng)聯(lián)巷、42采區(qū)輔助車場、-300軌道大巷相交,終至32軌道下山。-300主石門由二1煤層頂板的砂質(zhì)泥巖進入底板L7-8灰?guī)r中。
2 巷道原支護及破壞原因分析
2.1 巷道原支護參數(shù)
楊河煤業(yè)-300主石門南段采用29U型鋼支護,拱形斷面,棚距0.8 m,凈寬5.5 m,凈高3.6 m;北段采用錨網(wǎng)索支護,直墻半圓拱斷面,凈寬4.8 m,凈高3.6 m,采用Φ18 mm×1 800 mm錨桿,間排距1 000 mm×1 000 mm,采用Φ15.24 mm×5 200 mm錨索,間排距2 000 mm×2 000 mm。護表構(gòu)件為直徑6 mm的鋼筋網(wǎng),噴射C20混凝土,厚度100 mm。
